Cozy apartment in a great location! I love the vintage feel of the building and the many shops nearby. It's also very close to a bus stop and train stations that allow you to get around very easily. The only downside is that the toilet smells a bit moldy.

The property itself was clean and tidy, but sharing 1 bathroom with 9 people was a struggle. Also, the people in the one room, had to walk through either the bathroom or another bedroom to get through to the kitchen / hallway. It was also frustrating that we had to pay extra to have towels and linen for the 9th person, who had to sleep on a couch (I have no clue where a 10th person would have fit).

We were a party of 6 and we all fit just fine. The apartment is small but we managed alright. Its an easy walk from the train station. Management is excellent with communication, they responded quickly when we had a question.

It needs updating .im sure theres bed bugs or in the sofa if not bed. The toilet/shower room smelled . I contact them about it and the one light bulb.no one did turn up as promised . TV is ok if you speak the local language. Area is ok. Not to far from central areas, not too near . Ubhf less than 3 minutes away

I like so much the location of the Apartment because it is very convenient for the train stations. Meidling station direct to airport. Lots of international stores around and shopping stores and restaurants nearby. I like the room that we stayed is clean but only some ants inside our rooms. The only thing the bread toaster is broken that makes the electricity all down. Our 2 beds are very comfortable. I am still wishing to stay again in this Apartment when i come back Vienna.... Chona D.

The location of this property is good, very near the U bahn and only 2 stations from the airport. However some things about the flat were unsatisfactory. We could not shut the blind in the bedroom fully and it had a see through curtain, we put a pillow in the gap. The one curtain rail was not fixed correctly and fell down several times and the TV did not work, The property was well heated and had hot water. The arrangement of collecting the keys is very easy although the labelling on the key was confusing (just the number of the flat would be easier) We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Apartment for everyone!

Our expectations were fullfilled when we decided to rent this apt. for our 5 day stay in Vienna. To start off, this apt. was close to every where we went and metro station was 4 mins away. The apt. was spacious, comfortable and it felt like home. We were also very happy that we had a balcony. The only thing that bothered us is that the sink was clogged and there weren't enough utensils to cook with. Everything else was super! Keep it up! Will definetly reccomend! Thanks 😊
