Adequate and clean
It was fine, but not quiet. Someone in the attached home did a drum practice each day around 4pm. In the living room area, there were only bright overhead lights, no lamps for softer light. Other lightbulbs were burned out. The bed was very comfortable in the back bedroom, but the blinds let in light at night.
