The hotel stay was fine. I wouldn’t say it was anything exceptional with the staff was very helpful and kind. The casino leaves a lot to be desired. They seemed understaffed, so it was difficult to get much service there.

Parking was plentiful in front of the hotel. The hotel is connected to the casino via a connecting walkway, but it is only open on weekends thus you have to walk outside to enter the casino during the week. This hotel is roughly 30+ years but appears to have been remodeled, and our room was clean and comfortable. The casino is small but has a good selection of games and tables. The staff at both the hotel and casino were very friendly.

Hotel is old, and overpriced for what it offers. Had to wait an hour with a reservation for one of the clerks to go and clean the room before I could go in there. Its an older hotel it could offer breakfast at the least for the price you pay. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. Not many young people so the stay was problem free.

Very old property and not well maintained. No elevator, entrance to the casino is closed. You have to walk outside and go around. Toilet handle broke and the clerk from the front desk came to try and fix it. A little upgrade and would do this property good. Staff was very friendly.

It took almost close to 6 o’clock in the afternoon for us to get our room. There was no combination for that. I paid for a king size room at that so it was just a whole bunch of wraparound for a few hours and nothing was apologize about or anything else

Nice view of river. Good value for Vicksburg. Hotel is old. Hallways smell of lots of carpet fresh. Beds very uncomfortable. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Needs updating badly. Casino was very smoky. Probably won’t stay again.
