The room, the bed, the bathroom were super dirty. Bad smell from the moment you enter the building. all the hallways super dirty.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to move to the 1st floor. The original room they gave us was on the 2nd floor. With the baby and stroller, it was a bit tedious to travel up and down the stairs. Theres no elevator. They gave us a pack and play as a crib for our 8month old. Thankfully we brought a crib sheet. The room was not clean. They had burn holes in the blankets and sheets. They gave us new blankets and sheets, again with the same burn holes which is annoying since it was a Non Smoking Area. Clearly, they do not replace their linen. Bathroom was filthy with no working outlets. The fridge was dirty as well. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves. The bathroom still had old hair and grime. The intial smell of the room was appauling. We went out and purchased our own sheets and blankets due to each set being dirty with stains and burn holes. Purchased air freshener, febreeze, and lysol to make our stay a tad more tolerable. The hallway and entrance area to our side of the building smelled of dog feces and pee. Holes in the curtains in the room. Only positive the AC, and TV worked. Staff was friendly but everything else was a big fat Zero Star. Paint peeling across the room, stains on the walls, smelly and unkept. Will not be staying again. Would Not recommend.

HORRIFIC!

Absolutely HORRIFIC it looked like they havent vacuumed in years, the whole hotel smelled like weed and curry, the bedsheets were not washed, stained, drool marks on the pillow, litteral blood droplets on the wall and floor...left as soon as we went into the room! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Place looks a little beat up on the outside but my room was very clean, had a great mattress, nice sheets and pillows and the bathroom was pretty much spotless. Unfortunately, when I was departing, I left the room with a bunch of my belongings, all I could carry and went to my car at 9:52. when I returned my other belongings were missing from the room. So I walked around and realized that my cooler was in the luggage cart so I asked the guy with the cart what was goingand he said housekeeping told him to clean out the room. I explained that check out was not until 11 o’clock and he said “I know I told her that.” The manager was a prick about it.

Upon entering my room I saw that the room had not been cleaned. There was blood smeared on the wall and light , The electrical outlet where the microwave was was pulled out of the wall. And the exhaust fit in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling and the tub was dirty ..I took a lot of pictures. They moved me to another row which was okay but there was still things wrong with the room... I am looking to see if I can get part of money back.
