Newly restored and cozy flat is situated on the first floor (without a lift). The apartment features a spacious double room with a king size bed, a living room where you will find a very comfortable convertible sofa suitable for two and a dining table, a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, everything decorated with taste and style. At the end of your walking day, you may relax enjoying a warm bath in winter or doing a cool shower to refresh from the eat of summer days...this is what the bathroom offers. This was a perfect location to stay while in Venice! We arrived by water bus from the airport and were able to do an early self-check in. Daniela provided very comprehensive videos on how to get to the apartment which made the process so easy. It is a 10 min walk from the waterbus stop. The apartment is located up one flight of stairs. It was very clean and comfortable. There is one bedroom and a comfortable pull out sofa, so you can sleep 4. There is a full kitchen available. We bought our groceries at a nearby Coop grocery to eat breakfast at the apartment. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Daniela gave us many recommendations. It was easy to walk all over Venice from this location. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Venice!

Ideal location, layout, host

Gorgeous clean comfortable flat in Cannaregio. An easy seven minute walk from where the boat drops you off coming from the airport. Short 8-15 minute walk through cute side streets and over towns to get to San Marco, Rialto, wherever. Many local cafes and restaurants. Our favorite part was being in a quieter (but not quiet) neighborhood so we could go out and stroll around past cafes and churches and neat nooks and bridges without being overwhelmed by the masses you run into closer to the main squares. Air conditioner and fan worked well. WiFi good. Dishes/ dishsoap/ shampoo/ conditioner all provided. Five minutes to the grocery store for essential snacks/food (full kitchen). Daniela was responsive and helpful. Can’t imagine a better spot in Venice. If it’s available, just book it.

The apartment is tucked away,along with other apartments. Close to a couple of bakeries & resturants. Very quiet & the apartment was well appointed. We walked all over the place from the apartment. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment

Our family of 3 traveled here from the USA, and couldn’t be happier. Very well stocked with everything you could need including coffee, plenty of towels, bedding and other extras. The manager was very easy to communicate with and was able to get us into the apartment as soon as we arrived well before check in. The place is located walking distance to everything you need, yet away from the congestion of the main tourist areas of Venice. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would not even try looking for another apartment.

A great stay!

The stay could not have been better. The apartment was far enough away from the tourist areas to not be overrun, but close enough to visit within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything we needed was nearby; plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host contacted us before we arrived and told us where to meet her, then led us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the amenities. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Short stay in Venice

We were so impressed with the booking. From the minute we booked until after we left, the communication was prompt and amazing. We were given detailed instructions on how to get there. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a short flight of stairs but compared to other peoperties we stayed at these were the most modern and easy (we had both checked and carry on baggage). There are many quaint stores and restaurants close by. We were given maps, and recommendations, including helping arrange a private tour of a glass factory. Highly recommend and if/when we go back, we will definitely check for openings.

We stayed at this residence for two nights, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms had extra stock of everything needed. Kitchen was quite well stocked also, if you wanted to cook in the room. The hosts were very accessible via WhatsApp, and provided very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit throughout Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to others.

Great apartment!

We are a family of three traveling with one teenager. This apartment was great for us in every way. It’s in a very charming and less touristy neighborhood where we found great restaurants. Also, communication with Daniel was great and she gave us a video that showed us exactly how to find the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you could need for comfort. There is no view or balcony, but we really didn’t spend that much time in the apartment mostly just used it to sleep and get ready every day. It is decorated very well and it is very sweet. The beds are very comfortable.

More than we could hope for

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Has AC, coffee makers, toaster, full kitchen...really everything you could think of. The owner Daniele was so helpful, providing suggestions for places to see and eat, and even sending someone to meet us at the water taxi so we could have an escort to the flat. The helper showed us how everything worked and even delivered a small welcome package of cookies and wine. We felt very welcome and the location is near everything. 15-20 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, the water taxi stations, St Mark's Square - all were easy to access. Several very good restaurants within a few blocks. We both loved our experience and hope to do another trip to Venice soon.
