Truly is the perfect place to stay in Venice. Rooms are beautiful and clean, the location is fantastic for getting around and the staff were lovely. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Venice in future.
The hotel is a great little place to stay on the quieter part of venice a ten minute walk over some picturesque bridges to the main sites of rialto and st Marco. Along the walk in are some nice sites and places to eat and drink that are cheaper than eating right by the sites and better and used by the locals so you know there good. The hotel itself is easily found by the directions given on there website, from the fonte nove alilaguna airport stop which is where you can also get the vaperetto to all the main sites too and to Murano and Burano. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful when called upon. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful every morning with fresh croissants and cake and fruit, cereal, ham and cheese. Good coffee, tea and juice too. We were allowed to leave our cases on our last day and use a room to change etc ready for our return to the uk. Venice has lots of places to see and things to do and this hotel is brilliantly locate to do all of that and experience the local life to which is the real Venice and is a good price too. The room we had was really nicely decorated in keeping with true Venetian style the bed was fine and bathroom was fine too. I would defiantly stay here again when visiting venice again for the great location being only two stops on the airport boat then with a 5 min walk from there. The lovely staff and rooms and breakfast also good. The location being close enough to the main sites but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to show you the real way of venice life.
The hotel is located away from the bustling shops and restaurants of Venice. Convenient short walk to ferry to airport. Beware of the free boat ride to Murano. It is a prearranged sales presentation to purchase Murano Glass. It saves you money on boat trip and glassblowing demo. Breakfast at hotel is mediocre at best. Room are nicely appointed.
The Aposoli Palce is located in a small alley at Cannaregio. It is only a walk of a few minutes to the Rialto bridge. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom as well. Our room had an air conditioning, which heats also well. An electric kettle, tea and instant coffee was provided for free in the room. Also the WLAN was free of charge. We had a tasty continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and caretaking. The concierge contacts us via Whats App and sends us a link for the Smartphone navigation. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Apostoli Palace.
A great 3 night start to a 9 night stay in Italy. A very quiet little place just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the main drag. very clean with lots of charm and a fresh smell to the place. The staff were helpful and polite. Nice breakfasts and the room was cleaned every day.
We have returned today from three nights at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location, within easy walking distance to Rialto and St Mark's Square. We booked a classic double room and were pleased with it. No frills, but spotlessly clean, tea and coffee making facilities, and free wifi. As we spent all day every day out walking and seeing the sights, it was nice to come back to a comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was served between 8 and 10am, and had everything we needed, including nice fresh fruit and good coffee. The guy on reception (Andrea?) was absolutely brilliant, arranging restaurant reservations for us, and generally being very helpful. When we come back to Venice this will be our go to place to stay.
The room was clean, comfortable and in a handy area for all main atttactions. The breakfast was fine and served in a lovely room with gorgeous tables and furnishings in proper venetian style . Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the start of the honeymoon. The location is so ideal! Close to everything you need, yet discreet and beautiful. We found some fabulous places for food and drink within minutes of the hotel. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. Absolutely no complaints. We really cannot complain, other than our stay was too short! We would return, for sure.
We stayed in the superior room which had a little balcony terrace, the weather was very warm so this was a lovely spot to enjoy a few evening drinks or our morning coffee. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we were given a map showing how to get to all the main landmarks. A Continental breakfast was served with fresh coffee between 7-10am, not a huge variety but we enjoyed it. Although it's a little walk out of the main area of San Marco (15-20 mins to St Mark's Square) it was super easy to get to. You can take the Alilaguna water bus direct from Marco Polo airport to Fondemente Nove which is 2 stops, 35-40mins, then a 5 minute walk to the hotel which we easily located with Google maps. The entrance is hidden down a small alleyway and can be easily missed but if look 1 floor up on the buildings you will see a small sign post. Although this area is listed as a quieter place to stay, there are plenty of lovely places to eat and drink close by and it's a little cheaper than the places around San Marco and the Grand canal. I would recommend this place and would definitely return should I visit venice again.
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a 12 day holiday to Italy and it was the best place we stayed in. Tucked down a quiet side street the reception is beautiful. The staff, especially Andrea, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous with a balcony, safe, controllable air conditioning and good wifi. The bathroom was spacious and the whole place was spotlessly clean. A very nice breakfast was provided. There are several bars, restaurants and shops very close by and ST Marks square is only 15 minutes walk. Our visit here was absolutely perfect and we will definitely stay here again when we return
