After spending 9 days on a cruise ship, this romantic hotel was a fantastic way to end the trip. The staff, room, location and amenities were fantastic and added to the joy that is Venice. From the sparkling water with mint syrup that we were offered when we arrived at the hotel to being taken to the airport by water taxi from the hotel's private dock, showed the level of detail that the owners have in place.
The special celebration choice ...Fantastic location, next to to La Salute with its own canal entrence., stylish and very Venetian but also very contemporary, Romantic....!! no wonder why they were selected by Conde Nast readers as the place having the most romantic room in the world!! , Service , expect the same level and quality of the big names ,but more personalised, in a few words a small palace with the personality of a castle, a must!
We have just finished a three night stay in this fabulous hotel. The staff were great - friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was perfect and our room was comfortable and quirky in a good way. We will definitely go back and stay and we strongly recommend this wonderful hotel
My partner and I had an amazing weekend in Venice, staying in this hotel. We arrived by water taxi and was taken to a lovely little room and given prosecco and nibbles, a lovely touch whilst our room was prepared. The room itself was very nicely done, we didn't really have a view but this didn't take away from the relaxing feel of the room or location. We had breakfast in both the dining area and the terrace and the staff were very accommodating. The location is perfect, it's quiet and relaxing but just a stones through away from the water bus to take you on the. Erg quick journey to the busier parts of Venice. The hotel staff are very helpful and are happy to recommend restaurants and make reservations for you. Overall, I loved it and would highly recommend this hotel, if maybe small and slightly off the beaten track but don't let that put you off. It truly is a gem!
This hotel is such a great retreat I was tempted not to write a review to keep it quiet. But to echo the comments of others, this is a beautiful hotel, with a fabulous calming atmosphere which is a delight after a busy day exploring Venice. It is very close to the Guggenheim (an absolute must), 100m from a vaporetto stop which gets you to St Marks Square (or anywhere on the Grand canal) and, in reality, only a short walk from all the splendour of Venice. The Dorsoduro area where the hotel is based generally has a very relaxed, genteel, feel after the hustle and bustle of St Marks. We stayed in one of the themed rooms (the bridal room) which was stunning. Note the hotel has no restaurant (although does do breakfast and drinks) but there are so many nearby that it makes no difference.
Second visit for me and my partner, TOTALLY in LOVE with CA MARIA ADELE! This place is just speechless: the decor, the environment, the staff and the location. PURE PERFECTION! Check the seasonal decoration out on their Insagram profile to discover the passion and the attentive care you may find here. I travel the world and I am lucky enough to visit the best hotel worldwide, well Ca Maria Adele is on the top of my list. The two Brother who amazingly own and manage this luxorious oasi have a great reputation in the hospitality field internationally recognized and they really deserve it! Well done Ca Maria Adele team and well done Brothers! Cant' wait too discover what is next! Can't wait to be back to this slice of heaven.
Ca Maria Adele is the epitome of romantic Venice. It's a collection of a dozen exquisitely crafted rooms tucked away off the Grand Canal in a hotel that is both discrete, private and peaceful yet on the doorstep of this great city's attractions. Other reviewers have more than sung its praises. I will confine mine to our room: 339, one of the suites. The hotel website doesn't really do 339 justice. As well as the bedroom and bathroom, there is an anteroom and a sitting room. Crowning it all is the private terrace hung with fabric drapes. We ate breakfast each of the three mornings of our stay, arias wafting over the rooftops, the Salute basilica chiming each half hour. If this isn't heaven, I don't know what is.
This is a really special little hotel. The location is central but quiet. The rooms are characterful, clean and well appointed. The staff couldn't be more obliging and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Actually one of the best hotel stays. just a few meters from chiesa della salute and the Grassi Palace Amazing ambient and interiors Courteous staff The breakfast is fantastic!!! And the terrace on the top really nicely done to enjoy an aperitif and the views. Just perfect...
A serious hotel for grown ups. Beautifully situated by Santa Maria Della Salute this bespoke hotel has only 12 rooms (5 of them themed suites). The location is quiet and peaceful but only 20 minutes walk from Academia bridge and the hustle bustle of San Marco. The rooms are wonderfully luxurious (we stayed in Sala Noir - serious 50 shades) and the staff knowledgable and ready to assist. Breakfast can be taken in your room, the terrece or lounge at no additional cost. Would highly recommend and would revisit.
