Stylish Duplex with Stunning Private Courtyard in Dorsoduro

The house is on two levels with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. This opens onto a private courtyard which can be used for al fresco dining, maybe a glass of Prosecco before dinner or just enjoying Venice outdoors. There are two matching sofas in the lounge area, one of which converts into a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with wash basin and WC.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. The house has been renovated recently with attractive cherry wood flooring. All of the beds, sofas, garden furniture and kitchen equipment are brand new.
The house is located in picturesque Dorsoduro, just off the Campo Santa Margherita. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Piazzale Roma and the railway station. Despite experiencing more of the 'real Venice', access to the main tourist attractions, such as San Marco, is easy and fast, giving the best of both worlds


There is a flat screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs available. Please feel free to bring your own DVDs if you want to watch these at the house. Similarly, there is a CD player and radio for your use. The house has it's own WiFi connection.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Great location and outdoor space is great.

The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy, and they let us drop off bags since we arrived earlier in the day. The location was quiet, but close to restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The outdoor area was a huge plus. We would happily stay at this property again.

We had 6 total, 3 couples and it was enough room for what we needed. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Only a 5 minute walk from a vaparetto stop. Quaint area and nice to come back to and enjoy patio for quiet evening. a little grocery store was nearby for cold meats, chesses, fresh buns and wine/beer. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic house and location

This house was great. We had plenty of space and the house had everything you would need for your stay. The location was a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to anywhere one might want to go. This was an easy location regarding transportation (about a 8 minute walk from Bus/water shuttle). The patio was nice and overall the place has a lot of space. The shower however is very small (even based on Europe standards) and the garbage situation can be a challenge. Was nice to have the space to spread out though.

Nice quiet neighborhood

This is a wonderful house and it comfortably slept four adults. The back courtyard is a bonus and is an extra room in nice weather. The kitchen is well furnished and we cooked in often. This is my second visit and I'm already planning my third.

Relatively spacious apartment, good A/C, internet, beds were comfortable and private enclosed backyard. The hosts’s assistants were very helpful and provided good info about restaurants close to the apartment. Only complaint was 2 rolls of tp for family of 5 staying 4 nights.

The vrbo was clean and nice ! It’s in a great location and seemed very safe. Was not hard to get from a private water taxi. The trash takeout was a little confusing and it didn’t have a dryer. Other than that it was awesome ! I would stay again without a doubt.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you may need. Everything is new and immaculate. The beds are perfect! The patio is spacious and beautiful, an ideal place to relax outdoors with privacity. I highly recommend this lovely house In Venezia.
