Good Property-Bad Host

I stayed in this property with two other people. The actual place is fine, nothing to brag about, but it's good value for what it is, and everything was pretty clean overall. However, I had a terrible check-in process. The host was locked out, and it was pouring rain, leaving me stuck there with a locked door. To make matters worse, the host relocated us to a different place across Venice in the rain, which was inconvenient. The next day, we had to move back to this place. Therefore, I wouldn't book another stay with this host because yeah that was a bad start to an otherwise great trip
