Location is good. Just remember to ask them for extra coffee capsules. We couldn't find them in anywhere. Also if you are there at the end of October, ask for an extra blanket – heating in Venice only starts on the 1st November.

Incredible place, great value.

Nothing short of stunning, loved it. The place is stylish, comfy and HUGE. Ok, so the lift didn't work which was a bit of a bummer when it's on the 3rd floor and you have a double buggy, but it honestly didn't matter. The location is brilliant, away from the crowds but an easy walk to everywhere. You've even got a balcony and a canal view! We travelled with two kids (5&1) and had no problems at all, so great for families too. Really not too expensive either for what you're getting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great, quiet, comfortable and close to everything

Beautifully laid out, well furnished and comfortable. Close to everything and very peaceful. Was great to be able to cook own meals as we wanted! Perfect place to stay and we would definitely stay here again when back in Venice. Staff were fantastic, great comms and assistance. Made Venice a real trip highlight!

Нет связи с администрацией, нет возможности выбрать конкретные апартаменты. Мы были на 1 этаже там не очень понравилось. Так как окна высоко даже не выглянуть, а мы искали апартаменты с хорошим видом. внутри хороший современный ремонт, и близко к центру и магазину, единственное что сгладило общее впечатление.

Es gibt 2 Türen. Die eine führt direkt in das Studio, die andere Tür zu den restlichen 3 Apartments. Leider standen täglich zu diversen Uhrzeiten Menschen an unserer Studiotür und haben am Schloss rumgemacht oder fast die Tür eingeschlagen, weil sie den richtigen Eingang nicht gefunden haben. Das war extrem nervig. Auch an der Brücke standen oft Menschen, die laut waren. In den 4 Wänden Ruhe genießen kam nicht in Frage. Das Studio an sich war sauber und bequem. Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Lage wirklich top! Freunden werden wir nur Apartments im OG empfehlen.
