Super friendly etc but tiny bathrooms

Super friendly staff, a very good breakfast, and good location near a vaparetto stop. Rooms small and clean - rest as per puctures. Bathrooms are very very small. The shower was tiny, too small to move in and we were in a superior room. Not sure if all rooms are the same.

The Grand Canal was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Its proximity to Santa Lucia Train Station made it very convenient.

We had a very short stay while in Venice but this place was perfect for that! It’s a 7 minute walk from the train station and about a 12 minute walk to the bus station. Everything was within walkable distance including the fat thugs such as Dodge’s place (about a 22min) walk but it definitely didn’t feel that far due to there being so many little shops to check out on your way. Older hotel but was great staying in something that had character! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a well priced good hotel

Wonderful retreat in the Heart of Venice

A wonderful retreat in the middle of Venice. Only 3 minute walk from the Grand Canal and close to public transportation. The Jr. Suite was beautiful with 3 windows for the breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, unfortunately I can’t recall her name. She handled all my inquiries with kindness, as did all the staff. The location was great, close to the train station. And close to key water bus locations if learned, it gave me everything I was looking for. Thank You!

Nice little hotel in the quieter part of Venice. The property is small, but if your priority is a room to spend the night(s) in, you will be satisfied. The front desk employee walked us to our room and informed us of all the amenities as well as things to be mindful of, which was very considerate and informative. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyable. The only criticism is the layout of the shower, which is quite small and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the area is quiet. Would stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay ! All the staff are brilliant. So helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our holiday in Venice. Every day an outstanding breakfast set us up for our day in Venice. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lovely and peaceful after long days out . Tasty and authentic restaurants all around. Room facilities excellent. Close to the centre too. The staff were amazing, giving us directions, suggesting restaurants and booking transportation. The room was spacious and eclectic with a breathtaking view. The area was walkable to the major sites but quiet so you didn’t feel like you were in a tourist area. The AC had to work hard to cool the room in this crazy hot weather but that was the only hiccup. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Great staff!

Great place to stay.

It was better than I expected. The front desk staff was amiable and helpful. Initially, I doubted the outside, but I quickly realized that it was the architectural structure of Venice. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am back in Venice. The AC was very cold, and there were no mosquitoes, as reported with other hotels. It is very near a water taxi.

Lovely contemporary hotel close to main sights.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, a short walk from Venice train station (10min), and about 20min walk to St Marks Square. Rooms were very well decorated and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit snug (and the door was sticking on the floor).
