We travelled as a couple and both loved the hotel. The décor is lovely – I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so much colour! The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. We forgot a travel adapter but the gentleman on reception gave us one and was happy for it to be returned at check out – Really helpful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with a choice of continental options, eggs and bacon etc. Wifi is decent but only available in the lounge area. I have recommended this hotel to my Uncle and would certainly stay there again if I returned to Venice.

This hotel has wonderful staff and a fun, lively paint scheme in the rooms and common areas. The free breakfast was extensive and tasty. Our top floor room was good sized and included a jacuzzi tub. Convenient and quiet location. The only minuses are that wi-if is only available in the dining area and the elevator doesn't go to the top floor. Also, it would have been nice if coffee and tea were always available. That said, I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel immensely. It's a very chic boutique hotel tucked away in Santa Croce but really just 2 minutes walk from the water taxi stop of Riva de Basio and just two stops away from the train station. We were given a suite. Fernando, Mauricio and Andrea were fantastic in making our stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Lorena, who takes care of breakfast, which comes with the room, was simply wonderful, attentive, friendly and patient. We'll stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The only issue is with the airconditioner which is controlled from the front desk. Sometimes, it's too hot or too cold. The breakfast is quite a spread and very good. Wi-Fi only works on the Ist floor but it's free.

Loved our recent stay! Beautiful rooms in a historic building. Lovely, helpful staff, quiet location just a short walk to the canals. Our first visit to Venice and Ca Zusta but will not be our last! Thank you!

This was our second time in Venice - and it couldn't have been better! We stayed for two weeks in Italy in five different hotels - and Hotel Ca Zusto definitely takes the title of best stay! First of all, it's located amazingly - about ten minutes walk from Ferrovia, and 15-20 minutes to most tourist attractions. The hotel is a landmark of it's own - tastefully decorated with amazing colors, great lighting. I especially loved the breakfast floor with it's gorgeous ceiling and quirky colorful chairs. The room are amazing as well, and we were in awe of our golden bed, and tourquise-wood ceiling! The staff is amazing and friendly, and we especially enjoyed breakfast - with it's great selection and amazing attentiveness. Also a highlight - the shower is the best!! :) We simply didn't want to leave!! Will definitely return to this amazing, unique hotel!!

We stayed here for two nights in a junior suite - the room was very well equipped with a double bed that can be split into singles & a single bed. There was a spa bath which was lovely & an overhead shower. The shower wasn't amazing but did the job. As is custom in Italy there were no Tea & Coffee making facilities in our room however we could purchase these from reception. I would call this a very upmarket B&B as no lunch / evening meals are served if you wish to pay extra. The service was excellent & the staff spoke English. It was located within walking distance (20 mins estimated) from the main shops. It's very quiet there which is good as it's important to get a good nights sleep when you're doing 15 - 20,000 steps a day being a tourist!! The beds were v comfortable! Well worth the money.

very nice small location in a peaceful quarter of venice. very friendly and helpful staff. supermarket nearby and a nice little piazza to relax. many good restaurants and gelateria. perfect for couples or max one brave child.

Excellent stay - room size was generous by European standards. A healthy walk from Rialto, but actually quite a nice location tucked away. Enjoyed waking to the church bells in the morning. Excellent coffee at breakfast.

We stayed at the Ca Zusto hotel for 3 nights, beautiful hotel , very friendly and helpful staff , lovely clean rooms , wifi in the lobby area if required and continental breakfast each morning , special shout out to Andrea who could not have been more friendly and eager to help , we will stay here again without a doubt

The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma, the main bus station in Venice. After booking, the hotel sent very specific directions in an email, meaning we were able to locate it easily on arrival. Check in was very efficient; all of the staff we encountered during our stay were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were allocated a regular room on the ground floor of the hotel which looks out onto the street. However, Venice is so quiet in the evenings and the hotel is in such a peaceful location that there were no issues with outside noise. We did hear some noise in the hotel in the morning as the staff were setting up for breakfast but this was not a massive problem. The rooms are decorated in a mix of traditional and contemporary style and the balance is just right. Bathrooms are clean and modern and contain all necessary amenities. WiFi is currently only available in the communal area on the 1st floor where breakfast is served, although we were sometimes able to pick up an intermittent signal in the room. Breakfast is included in the room rate and there is a plentiful selection to choose from, including hot options. In terms of location, the hotel is a short walking distance from the Scalzi bridge in one direction and Rialto in the other so it is easy to get to the main areas of Venice. There is also a vaporetto stop nearby but you see so much more from roaming the streets and soaking up the atmosphere! There are also a number of lovely restaurants nearby and staff at the hotel are always on hand to offer recommendations. We had a lovely stay and would certainly return here on our next visit to Venice!
