Right on water with boat bus stop, restaurants were good, very clean

Fantastic Everything- location, building,, staff, bar, shuttles:)

This is a beautiful hotel with its own boat service to their location on another island away from all the tourism. It will cost you 60 euros to get from the train station. Beautiful sunrise views of the city, full spa services, three restaurants and a rooftop bar. We upgraded to an executive room facing the water and it came with a beautiful view of the waterway/city, breakfast, snacks all day and happy hour. There are also many restaurants along the waterfront that you can get a great Italian meal and drinks. The hotel even arranged for an offsite hair appointment for my fiance. I highly recommend this hotel.

All the questions that I previously answered are the reasons I loved my stay at Spadia!! The whole staff were very professional but also very friendly which made my first visit to Italy a pleasant, comfortable and safe experience! Thank You!

Great views. The only issue was that they didn’t have air conditioning.

I liked the gothic building, and the way that you fixed up an old beautiful building to look like a new beautiful buiding.

Nice hotel in a very cool restored building. The lobby bar area and the rooftop bar were great places to relax and the dinner restaurant (forget the name) was excellent. The employees were very helpful. Standard twin room was roomy enough with a nice-sized bathroom, and the breakfast buffet was extensive, with an option for made-to-order eggs and different coffee drinks. The gym was fairly well-equipped and open 24 hours a day, though you need to go back to the main lobby to find a restroom if the spa is not open. We would suggest they add some better signage to keep guests out of off-limits areas. Twice we got lost after taking the wrong elevator and ended up in parts of the building that were under renovation or being used for storage. Note that the hotel is across the lagoon from Venice proper, so you need to take the hotel shuttle boat back and forth. We enjoyed this and found it easy. Overall we were very pleased with the property and would stay there again.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Super clean and fantastic restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with one of the most breathtaking panoramic views from the rooftop deck and pool that I've ever seen. Very comfortable rooms and large, well-appointed bathrooms. Lots of great communal sitting areas in the lobby and adjacent spaces. Fantastic breakfast buffet! We absolutely loved our 2-day stay in Venice at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful newer rooms and large breakfast. Few drawbacks are not on the grand canal and required a boat ride( minimal fee) to get one back and forth from The main attractions. Very nice staff and a wonderful property . Would stay there again.

Although it’s a very nice and clean hotel. It could a hassle going to and getting back from San Marco. Great view of Venice if you get the right room. I would stay there again? If it was my second ior subsequent visit? Yes!

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff and is away from the crowds of people in the city. The shuttle service goes close to San Marco and has really good service schedules.

Very courteous staff. Breakfast team was superb. Concierge very helpful. Outstanding restaurants. Room perfectly maintained. Very enjoyable experience.

We knew we wanted to stay at the Molina when we passed by on our Honeymoon cruise 12 years ago. This hotel is fabulous. Excellent service at every turn. Front desk & concierge always ready to help with a smile, bar tenders remembered us every time we stopped by, even an off duty employee going home in street clothes walked us to the elevator for the pool. This is the only Venice hotel we will stay at. Rooms were modern with a STRONG A/C, bathrooms were beautiful, a huge selection at breakfast including omelette station. Truly the only hotel you should consider in Venice.

Beautiful Hotel inside and out. Can't go wrong with it. Food is pricey at hotel but there are other places to eat near by. Excellent water taxi service included by hotel. Only 6 Euros per stay per person.

The Hilton Molino was a fantastic hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was easy to get to on the vaporetto. The rooftop terrace and pool were beautiful! The shuttle was convenient, although it can fill up at peak times. Fitness center and spa were great.
