The property is situated on a small, quiet walkway while still very near lots of shops, eateries, etc. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony for enjoying early morning coffee with a view in the fresh air. We walked to St. Marks and several places on the Grand Canal. Just one note: the building has no elevator, so beware.

A small hotel in a quiet area. 8 mins walk from the main car parks, bus terminal etc. Away from the hectic, crowded areas of Rialto Bridge and St. Marc’s Square but easy to walk to them in 15 mins. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Fantastic location. Very convenient for the train station but very peaceful and close to lots of nice, less touristy restaurants and canals etc. it was so enjoyable to just wander around the area. The property and room was lovely, looking out over private gardens. Only minor point was the insistence on paying the city tax in cash. All other places we have stayed were happy to add it onto the credit card bill.

Clean & Quiet Hotel

I had a very nice stay in the Ca’San Rocco hotel. Both Valentina and Irene were very helpful during my stay. And they gave me some good ideas for sightseeing Venice. Hotel is very clean and in a nice quiet area. My room was facing the backyard of another residence. It’s a huge plus is that it’s only a 10 minute walk from both the bus and train stations. Room was quite large for a solo traveler. Breakfast was adequate but the only downside is that it wasn’t buffet style with more Choices. But I highly recommend this establishment and would return again.

Beautiful B&B

What a wonderful little hidden gem! We arrived in Venice mid May and booked a 2 night stay at another property right on the canal. Boy we wished we had discovered beautiful bed and breakfast before doing that. It’s on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, and well worth the walk to main canal streets. Well appointed, clean and great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Our only complaints were that the pillows were not comfortable and although beautiful, the spiral stair case up to the second floor proved challenging to our over sized, over packed packs. Our next visit to Italy will definitely include a stay again!

The staff during check in was very friendly and informative. There was an older lady at the counter during our checkout and she was a bit rude and impatient. The breakfast was pretty good - assortment of bread, cereal, juices, and pastries. The staff was friendly and quick. Great location - close to the bus and train station The room is a big dingy - the floors creaked when walking on them. It was a bit small and had a smell to it.

This place is an absolute gem. They happily checked us in early because we arrived in the morning. They even brought breakfast into our room because we had to leave early the next day and the breakfast only started at 7.30!! We took some some items from the minibar just before we left and they didn't even charged us for it. In a city where people overcharge you for everything, this hotel is really an incredible exception.

Could not have been happier with our stay. Lovely room overlooking the courtyard and very spacious and well decorated. Valentina and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was great and not far from Grand Canal and several restaurants in the area. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit and cappuccino. Highly recommend.
