Magnificent apartment that will allow you to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Venice, a fourth floor with an unforgettable view of the Grand Canal at the height of the Church of the Scalzi. The apartment, equipped with a lift, consists of a large living room with a lounge and kitchen and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Grand Canal. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a room with two beds, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) and another lounge with a sofa bed that leads to the wonderful Altana (roof terrace). Upon request, two additional beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The apartment was well appointed, beautiful but not very functional. The things that you take for granted were not present upon arrival ( ie.,Paper Towels). The view was amazing. The security fences and doors added a level of comfort to our stay. The elevator was a definite plus. It took the washing machine 2 hours to do one load of clothes. Even with the lack of homeyness, I’d rent it again because of its proximity to the train station, water taxis, shops, dining and excursions.

Amazing Views!!
My family of 5 throughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment. It was clean & very spacious. We especially enjoyed the rooftop balcony with its gorgeous views of the canal and surrounding areas. This apartment is in a great location. Communication before & during our stay was prompt & helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!
