Design apartment composed of a large double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The location is strategic: a 5-minute walk from the Biennale Giardini and a 2-minute walk from the Biennale Corderie dell'Arsenale. Behind the characteristic Via Garibaldi, with its fruit and vegetable market, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, you can enjoy magnificent walks overlooking the San Marco basin. Piazza San Marco can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
Also great for running routes on the famous Riva degli Schiavoni, the Gardens and the Island of Sant'Elena, the green lung of Venice. Even the Lido of Venice, especially during the Film Festival, can be reached in 10 minutes by vaporetto (Giardini stop).

Excellent

Un emplacement très agréable un peu à l'écart du centre touristique, tout en restant très accessible à pieds. Accueil efficace et aimable de Guiseppe, qui fournit tous les renseignements utiles pour l'arrivée proprement dite et au besoin pour d'autres informations pratiques (il parle français avec aisance). Le logement est spacieux, bien agencé, confortable et très bien chauffé. Le boulevard Garibaldi, tout proche, offre tous les magasins nécessaires pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner dans l'appartement, sans compter une pharmacie, un opticien, des restaurants et des cafés. Seul petit désavantage, le trajet en bateau depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à la station "Arsenale" proche de l'appartement dure 1h10, et si l'on a la malchance de rater de peu un bateau et de devoir attendre le suivant, il faut compter en tout au moins 1h30. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas trop de bagages, je conseille une autre solution (que nous avons testée au retour) : prendre le bateau jusqu'à la station "Ospedale" (après "Fondamente Nove" quand on vient de l'aéroport) et terminer le trajet à pieds en 20 minutes ; avec une bonne application CityMaps2Go (Ulmon), il est facile de repérer à l'avance le trajet tortueux, et c'est nettement plus agréable que le bateau, où l'on ne voit rien d'intéressant.
