The Living area is an open space of about 50msq that has 2 large windows facing the Canal Grande. The kitchen and dining area is an open space and there is seating for 8 guests. Extremely bright, the living area has 2 large sofas with cushions and there is small library as well. Newly restored and furnished in Sept ’25 it is a perfect location for exploring the city as, not only it is very central, it is also close the San Tomà public boat stop that can take you both to the train station and car parks via Rialto and to the Lido of Venice via San Marco Square. The kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditioning is independent. Heating is managed by the palace directly and there is a lift to the floor. The apartment is on the third floor and it is part of a set of 3 apartments on the same floor owned by the same family and manged by us. There is the possibility to rent them all or just 2 of them for large family groups as they can host up to 13 guests all together.
