Staff were brillaint very friendly and helpful, great location to walk into central venice or the water taxi is just sound the corner, close to the train station. This was my first solo trip to Venice, the location was so easy to find from the bus terminal but also easily accessible from the canals. The room was a little dark with limited natural light but apart from that I truly thought the hotel was great. The staff were so friendly, we had a good chat every morning and they gave loads of suggestions on what to do, great places to eat and lots of history about Venice. These morning chats were a highlight! Room was cleaned daily and there was a minibar which is great for storing items. Shower was super hot and pressure great, luxury after all the steps you do in Venice :) my only suggestion to the team, be useful to have a shower caddy to store bottles in the shower. Local area is very relaxed! So nice to escape the hustle and bustle at the end of the day, lots of great local and affordable bars near by. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Very friendly staff Hotel is older but they all are. we had a quad room and it was large and all functional. It was about a 10-12 min walk from train station and the restaurants around the hotel we all being enjoyed by locals and it was safe . Would recommend and it is very close to the crea water taxi stop

Great hotel and fantastic location

A great value hotel in the best area of Venice. Situated in a quiet courtyard but literally a minutes walk from the canal side restaurants of Cannaregio. Vaporetto stops are nearby as is a stop on the airport water bus route and the main rail station so it’s ideally located. Wonderfully helpful staff who are there to guide you through the intricacies of the city. An added bonus is breakfast served in the garden.
