First of all, the staff was wonderful! So friendly!! The room was spacious and beautiful! When we got there, the room wasn't ready yet, so we left our bags and got a bite to eat. They texted when the room was ready, within an hour, and they had carried our bags to the room! Everything about the place was wonderful! Would 100% stay again!

I booked this trip as a present for my partner's birthday and i couldn't be happier with this choice of accommodation! The room was clean and tidy and Sabina was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you for sorting out the extra's for my partner's birthday, the cake was very tasty and please do pass on our thanks to the bakery. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Venice in future. The b&b is located away from the hustle of tourists and main attractions in a quieter neighbourhood, however it is still within walking distance to everything so this is perfect if you want to visit all the major attractions but would like to stay somewhere quiet. The room offered all the major amenities and has A/C which was great for the heat. Thanks again :)

Perfect location and great service!

Perfectly located with great service from Sabina, we checked in after desk hours and had no problem finding the entrance and getting to our room! Her instructions were great! She also provided recommendations on cafes and local spots to eat!

This property was an incredible hidden surprise. It is tucked away, but when we entered our room, it was adorable and welcoming. The decor made us feel like royalty. Our room had accents of gold and so charming. The bathroom was modern and very roomy. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy on our 3 week holiday. The staff was incredible! I would visit Venice again just to stay here. Con-no elevator

Sabrina touched base with me a couple days prior to arrival and sent complete and easy instructions to follow on arrival. The check in process and room was ready upon arrival and the the room was beautiful, and overlooked one of the many canals. 5 minute walk from most tour meeting places and about 20 min walk from basilica and doge palace! Staff was attentive and friendly, will 1000% recommend!

This was our first time in Venice so we did a lot of research on where to stay and this B&B had excellent reviews for a good reason. The beds were were not fluffy but very comfortable and we slept so well. Everything in the room worked well, especially the bathroom/shower. We were unable to change the temperature on the room however it was October and other than some “to be expected” humidity, we were very comfortable. Sabrina was excellent with communication and suggestions. The location was absolutely perfect! Central to everything, quiet, and felt less “tourist” and more “homey” than many areas we walked through. We would stay here again without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Venice and highly recommend! The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. It is tucked away on a quiet side street, which was a nice retreat away from the crowds, while still being within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and main attractions. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!
