Shelly, the night shift attendant was wonderful! We arrived for breakfast at 8:30. The breakfast hours are 6am-9am. The waffle batter was empty. We asked Monica for assistance to fill the waffle batter. She was gone for approximately 15 minutes. During this time we heard the owner yelling at the staff, Monica and the housekeeper loudly. The owner came in and stated that it was 8:50 and we were too late extremely rude and offered nothing but stale cereal. We informed her that we requested the waffle batter at 8:34am. She said, ‘things need to run on time for her hotel to run correctly’. She was difficult to understand. Monica then entered and very rudely said, ‘you are too late’ and continued to argue, berate, and follow us to our room… I have never been treated so unprofessionally…She then stood outside our door and complained to the owner that we should have been early and it was our own fault. Even after we said, ‘we didn’t care about the waffle, it was the poor and unprofessional treatment we had the issue with’… The whole thing was petty and it was clear whatever the staff was experiencing from the owner trickled down to the guests. Shelly was amazing, I can’t say that enough! We were treated like victims of high school bullying… The waffle was for our disabled daughter… The poorly stocked breakfast area was cleared out by 8:40am even though they say they serve until 9am. An apology for running out of waffle mix was all that was expected. Poor management!

The toilet has not see a brush in a long time. There was a huge hole in the wall outside the bathroom. The parking lot and area outside the back door was littered with old mattresses and furniture from the rooms. The back door which was near our room was not locked at night. The breakfast was skimpy. The glass on the entry door was so dirty you couldn’t see in. The pool was not in operation - no mention on the website. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this one in their chain

Best place to stay in this small town, convenient and fair price

Made a last minute reservation at this hotel. Thankfully I got a room. However I felt like I was transported back to 1970’s. This hotel is in dire need of a remodel / update. Beds were uncomfortable and carpet old and stained. Bathroom old and peeling wallpaper. I rate it about 21/2 stars.

We where so deeply surprised that in United State we still have hotels and services that can be easily compared to the third world countries. Hotel we booked online for a big buckswas very discussed, dirty and anti sanitation place. Room was smelling like tobacco factory, very dirty carpets and all stuff they have there .I would never stay in that hotel ever again. Will not recommending to anyone our experience. I believe, no one checking the conditions of this hotel. My suggestion, this hotel should be close and reopen after renovated .Very disappointed 😔

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but had an "old" smell in room. Not sure how old this hotel is. The bed was comfortable, but it was hard falling asleep due to the hwy noise. All and all I'll give it a 3 stars. There is not much one can do anout the location of the hotel when you are in the middle of no where.

It was evident the pool and jacuzi had not been used for a long time, as there was no water in either. The bed linens were dirty and was very evident had not been changed. The staff declined to change them. I told them I would do it myself if they would only give me clean linens. I could not believe they charged $90.00 for this room, when I got one the next night for half the price that was much better.
