We had a little trouble with checkin but it was fixed rather quickly. This place was very clean and has everything you need. Our contact was great and responded very quickly! Our only issue is that the beds are really too big for the rooms. We would suggest switching out the bed frames to make it easier to maneuver around the room.

The place was spotlessly clean and had great amenities (towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, and other snacks). Gym and hot tub, pool area were very nice and clean as well. Beds and bed linens were comfortable and nice quality. The views are spectacular from all windows and outdoor patio was a great place to sit and watch sunset while watching the city light up. If you Uber from airport, make sure to tell your driver Keefer Place and not Keefer Street. We were dropped at Keefer Street by mistake and it was too far to walk with all of our cruise luggage so we had to get another Uber to get us to the right place. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and the beauty and friendliness of Vancouver!!! Thank you Lynn!
