Rooms are average, what you expect from a mid priced hotel.
Breakfast was good, the one quirk is they don't have oatmeal(they usually have packets but didn't have any one of the days we were there)
The gym was the most lacking feature. It's a NON air conditioned room that's just big enough to hold a bike, treadmill, and elliptical(Which wasn't working).
They advertise it's near a rail trail, but the section we walked near the locks was REALLY isolated, definitely not somewhere to go alone.
