Not good bathroom shower was dirty. Room smelled of smoke. Air conditioner had not been turned on so it was very stuffy and hot upon entering the room. Pool was not open had yellow tape at the door.

Great place to rest

The hotel was still under construction so workers were around and the pool was not available. The staff was friendly. We did have a bad storm pass through and there was a safety alarm going off for quite a while, which was annoying but nothing to do about it. We also noticed the outlet between the beds didn’t work so we couldn’t charge our phones. Inconvienent, but it was too late in the evening to have someone come to our room to fix. The front desk apologized and also ran us up a toothbrush for my daughter, who forgot to pack hers.

Site was under renovation and only room available were on 2nd floor, pool was closed, ac didn’t work in first room we were given, second room ac worked but shower had almost no pressure and never got more than lukewarm and cleaning lady knocked once then came right in, overall probably worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The one bright spot was a very nice young lady that worked the desk late at night and clearly felt bad not being able to help resolve any issues.

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations so some amenities are not available like the workout room or the pool. Breakfast was very average… Fortunately, I don’t usually eat a large breakfast. The room itself was great… very clean and nicely renovated. Curb appeal from the outside is only OK plus the block itself is not that appealing. (Think boarded up gas stations). Once you’re in the front door, it’s fine,

It was clean, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool wasn’t working but overall it was a nice stay. The showers were nice as well. I like how they provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
