Homeless hanging around in and out of the hotel, no hot water for showers, no bar or restaurant open. Pool not open. Crack pipe in the hallway! Slamming doors all night. Filthy! The entire place reeked of cigarettes and stale booze. Entry doors do not properly close allowing anyone to enter the building. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It is unsafe and Filthy!

Will never stay at this place again. Charged $207 for one night. Pool was convienently closed for the weekend. Found a hair tie on the floor and M&Ms on the floor by the bed. 2nd bed did not have a fitted sheet. No comforters on either bed. Definitely not a pillowtop mattress as advertised. Black marks on the sheets. Breakfast was rotten fruit and the countertops were dirty. Charged me a $100 security deposit that will not be refunded for 7-14 business days, not mentioned when booking. Don't waste your money here.

From the moment we walked in, the hotel was disgusting. Smells like cigarettes and old beer. The check in process was unorganized and even one day after being there, my card wouldnt unlock my door. I went back to the counter and they stated I never paid and I was never in that room.ucy i had my receipt to show infact I did pay. It was unsafe in the area and did not feel comfortable being there. I stayed there only to sleep. In fact it was so bad, we left a day early. No restaurant open, glass everywhere, the grounds were full of trash. I would NEVER recommend any one to stay here ! Probably the worst place ive ever been to.

I have stayed at this facility over 20 years for the state wrestling tournament. I will never again. The property in one years time under the new ownership has become completely neglected. The lobby smelled like weed and liquor when I checked in. I paid for the breakfast option. In the past they use to have a small buffet style breakfast. Most mornings there was absolutely nothing offered. One morning there was a lady passed out on a table in the breakfast area. Other mornings they had coffee, but nothing to eat. The rooms are poorly cleaned and maintained. There was garbage built up in every corner of the room. There was garbage strewn about the parking lot and outside the hotel rooms. There were bloodstains on the sheets. The bathroom smelled of urine because it has been so poorly sanitized. The shower drain was so slow that by the middle of the shower the water was to my ankle. There were no tissues, and the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen. Several nights out of the 4 nights we experienced people screaming and fighting in the parking lot. They have a bar in the lobby area that no one ever worked at.

The man up front was the only thing about that place that we didn't just leave. It smelled so bad of smoke, room was dirty. There were someone's shoes still in the room. Just felt so dirty.

This hotel is so dirty. It smells awful. There were dirty towels and washcloths. The bedding was dirty and full of other people's hair. Hairs that are not from a head but a nether region were all over the shower walls and floors. The mirrors look as though they haven't been cleaned since the place opened. Zero amenities including tissues. It should be condemned!

The pool was out of order, which is why I booked this location. Asked where the gym was. They said near the pool and the only thing that worked was a treadmill which was fine. Treadmill did not work. People hang out in their cars at all hours in the parking lot. Was woken up both mornings to people screaming in the hallways. Doors did not close which made it accessible to people who do not have a key. garbage everywhere in the parking lot. This place is a trap house.

Our mother passed away and is the reason for our visit However, at checkin, there were strange people and vagrants with loud music in the front lobby and we did not feel safe. The parking lot was dark and we did not feel safe. We could not cancel, due to strict cancelation policy, despite our having a disabled vet amd greiving our mother passing. .

We were awakened in the middle of the night by a guy banging on our door and yelling “housekeeping “. He opened our door and tried to push his way in. The only thing that stopped him was the door latch. My husband pushed the door shut and I was trying to call for help. I thought someone was breaking in. It turns out there was confusion with rooms and the front desk person wanted to confirm who was in our room. That was absolutely unacceptable. A phone call would have been enough instead of what they did. I cannot recommend this property after such incident.

Clean and tidy rooms and comfortable beds, no highway noise, good temperature control. The shower was a tad lukewarm. The Continental Breakfast is woeful; while they did warn us there wouldn't be hot food, there wasn't even milk for the cereal, and the bread was stale. Luckily, the coffee was good and mandarins were fresh.

Whole property smelled cigars and weed, Waited more than 15 mins for check in no one was at the front desk Call front desk more than 10 times to get toilet paper never got an answer, this morning the breakfast area was a hot mess like pigs ate there, for check out I called front desk couple times I got my phone call hang up. The room had many things that need attention.

The initial room we were given was occupied, so then we were upgraded to much more spacious room which was perfect. Despite the initial issue, our stay was good. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade as there was only roll of tissue paper and the Kleenex holder was broken. Got why I paid for and that’s fine!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This a ghetto trailer trash dump!! People slamming door all night walking up and down the hall yelling and screaming. The whole complex smells like weed constantly. If you want to live like Snoop Dog or Chech and Chong for a night or two stay here!! What an absolute disgusting dump of a hotel!!
