This place is great in every sense. The people are nice, the rooms are great, there are taps for sparkling and still water by the elevators, and the location can't be beat.

All good until Sunday eve when the desk called my room and asked why I was there? I was there because my trip, booked via Orbitz, had me there checking in Friday, checking out Monday am. Westin did not have that programmed and said I either had to leave or pay for another night. I showed staff my Orbitz itinerary and trip numbers on my phone. I was permitted to stay after such. Not certain yet if I was charged. If I am they will be hearing back from me.

This laugh was an incredible stay. Local to everything we wanted to do very clean and communication was great. I highly recommend this laugh to stay when visiting Memphis.
