The home features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two-car garage, 2 decks, and plenty of open space! The home is on a large lot and is extremely private.
Located in Prosser Lakeview Estates, just a few minutes from downtown Truckee where there is great dining, shopping, and entertainment. Donner Lake is 10 minutes and Lake Tahoe is about 30 minutes. Close to many parks and bodies of water, trails for hiking and biking, and rock climbing. The possibilities are endless fun!
