Comfy partially renovated cottage across the street from North Grand Traverse Bay. Newly constructed master suite, and second story.
Close to picturesque villages and state park beaches. Quiet secluded neighborhood. Rental for 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, front decks and yard. Homeowners/caretakers will be onsite in guesthouse and back yard behind main house, with family pets. Thoroughly cleaned, however home is shared with pets in off-season, some allergen may be present. Ceiling fans and bay breezes, no air conditioning. Kitchen was designed in a simpler time, no dishwasher. Full main floor laundry.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and a coffee maker.
