Our room upon arrival was available and ready…. However our stay went downhill from there. We decided the next morning to stay on site for breakfast, which we had the understanding was included in our stay. Which we quickly learned was not. The male waiter we had, demonstrated little knowledge of the menu offered, what was included with meals etc. He took our order which was the simple continental breakfast with oatmeal. We sat and waited for this meal for 20+ minutes and never did have offers for coffee refills, nor did we ever receive our juice. In addition, our waiter actually never returned to our table to check in at all. Not an experience we’ve ever had before staying at a Hilton Hotel. That night we returned to the hotel and asked if we could receive any compensation for the need to leave early due to the impeding snowstorm. Understanding there are check out policies in place, all policies have area for discussion or compromises. Unfortunately we were not offered anything, we returned to our room to pack up to travel safely home last night Saturday, only to find our room had not received any service, which we had requested at front desk during check in. Beds were not made, garbage still in bins etc. To say we were disappointed in our stay at this hotel would be saying it nicely and quite frankly understated. We can assure you this will not be a facility we will ever book again.
