The airport shuttle was on time. Liked the fresh made eggs for breakfast. We dined at the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager who was there for dinner and breakfast service was nice and professional. We appreciated the staff member who brought extra amenities. Room cleanness was okay. there was a leftover water bottle from previous guest in the fridge. The hot tub was not hot and more like a heated swimming pool. There was only one jet working so it was not so bubbly. Overall, recommends to people who wanna stay close to the airport and good option if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The iron in the room was placed at a high and unstable position. While I was bending down to put away my luggage, the iron suddenly fell and hit my head, causing a bleeding injury. This accident not only hurt me physically but also delayed my business schedule. What made things worse, I called the front desk three to four times for help, but no one answered. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to receive no assistance in such an emergency situation. This hotel seriously needs to review its room safety setup and improve its staff responsiveness. Safety and basic service should never be neglected.

I had an excellent stay at element. They kindly upgraded my room to a one-bedroom suite which was fantastic. Beautiful design, clean, spacious, lovely kitchenette and bathroom. More importantly, the space was totally soundproof and very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Overall, I'd be back and would recommend if for sure.

The room was very clean. It was very quiet. The housekeeper was very nice and commodating when it came to my needs. The only thing wrong with my room was the tv. I had to unplug it everyday so i could watch tv. There was a short connection. And the stations (eg: CBS, NBC) wouldn't show the name of the show. I had to stroll down to every channel not knowing what was playing. It was outdated shows too. The hotel was beautiful though.
