Would have been nice to have gotten the air fixed in my room the 1st night of 103 Temps outside but was told it would have to wait until the next day. Then no adjustment or discount given because I did not book direct through them.
Stayed here over a dozen times. Never impressed but its normally cheap. This time the drunks kept me up all night and tbe manager was very rude. im done with this dump.
The room/hotel was a good price and adequate for the cost, but lacked key amenities advertised. Also the bed was lumpy with squishy pillows. It said there would be a desk area and free high-speed internet. The desk was a short square table with two short seat stained chairs right next to the bed. Never did get complete internet service, it always came up limited or fair strength at best, which meant no connection in my room area. These two items were very important since I was on a business trip and needed to work at night.
It was a great room for a great price. The only complaint I have is that they said to hang the towels up if we wanted to reuse them and both days the cleaning staff gave us new towels. And that was even with a note from us that we wanted to use the towels again! If they won't do THEIR part to help the environment and use less water, they need to remove the sign in each room.
Everything was good. Great staff & room. Definitely would stay again.
nice and clean the quiet close to the interstate I was happy withthe location, only problem was I had a problem with the room cuz I specifically asked for non smoking. It was on my itinerary also as non-smokingwhen I got there the gentleman told me no it shows on my computer that I asked for smoking I told him no he said we don't have any non smoking rooms at any non smoking rooms available rooms. So I asked him to show me the smoking rooms he took to two rooms and picked one that had a less smoke odor than the other room even he suggested it as well. But us tonight win by the smell. Stronger so I got up and went to my car on my way to my car I noticed a few rooms next to mine non smoking and didn't have nobody so when I went back to my room I called customer service desk again and ask him you sure you don't have any non smoking rooms available he replied again NO. So I hang up politely I tried to get some sleep my eyes got watery smell got stronger my nose stuffed up but I got very sleep. When I was checking out I walked past the same non smoking rooms and sure enough they still were available. I'm over the road driver and I was very disappointed and tired that morning.
I stayed at this hotel so I could takeu state boards for nursing, the location was great being 6 minutes from the testing center! Staff was friendly and helpful! Great location for dining, overall a great place
The room was clean. We had to change rooms because the bathroom door would not shut. The stool ran all night in the second room.
The room was small but that was fine by me. However the breakfast was almost only bread products and I would have liked more variety.
Enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice job
Helpful staff, decent room and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. For being a smoking room, it didn't reek! Back of building and very quiet.
The receptionist was not friendly. The room had fleas in it, we went back to the front desk and asked for our money back and she said we could not get it back since we pre-booked. She put us in another room and never apologized for the fleas or the inconvience we went thru. I will not pre-book another room if we can not get our money back and move to another motel. Not happy at all.
My Boyfriend and I only stayed there one night and it was not that bad but needs some work. The location is great and customer service was good as well. The room was the thing that needed a little work. When I walked in the room it has a musty smell to it and there was staines on the sheets and pillow cases. Besides that, teh Baymont is not a bad place to stay for a night
Very nice staff, clean rooms and great pool.
Was an acceptable place to stay. Staff was friendly and room was dated, but clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
I was in town to teach a motorcycle safety course.
Checked my sister & her children into the hotel around 9pm and was given a room that was already occupied. Yes, opened the door and someone else was in the room!!! Talk about scary. Went up to the front desk and the clerk wasn't apologetic at all, just gave us the room right beside that one. Went inside and noticed right away that the bedspreads were stained and there were dirty washclothes on the floor. Pulled back the bedspread and found dead bugs then walked into bathroom and there were bugs on floor too. Immediatly got back in car and went to front desk and demanded to cancel room and called corporate to file a complaint and also contacted [...]to file complaint. Luckily the Quality Inn across the road had a few rooms left available so went there.
The hotel was clean and adequate for my use. Unfortunately the pool was not yet open for use. If this is important you are advised to check for yourself. Breakfast items are provided bu very little variety was offered. The hotel has many restaurant choices in the immediate area that might serve you better. Because of the ammenities offered I would rate this average at best.
I was there for a state bowling tournament. Hotel was easy to find and practically halfway between the 2 bowling centers. Many great places to eat within walking distance or just a couple minutes down the road.
The hotel was hard to find and very rundown and had exterior doors to the rooms (rather than an indoor hallway). I felt very unsafe there. I was in a "suite," which consisted of two hotel rooms, with a doorway in between, with two bathrooms. It was not in any way what I would consider a suite. The carpet was old and didn't look very clean. The coffee pot in the room was so filty that things floated in it when I filled it with water. I would never stay here again.
