We had meetings in the area and this was a very convenient location, just a walk to the other end of the area, or a quick ride by subway. Got pretty good at getting around by the excellent subway system. Rooms are small, and very little storage space, so I lived out of my suitcase.

Located in a "quiet" corner of Tokyo, unless there is exhibition and the area will be packed. Very close to the subway and convenient to go to the city. Rooms are reasonable size by Tokyo standards. Easy walk to teh bay area where the sight is nice. Tokyo Big Sight is within walking distance. interesting sight would be the weekend car flea market. managed to see an old classic car with an equally classic lady owner. good to visit. check with hotel on the available days A good business hotel

Due to my flight times, I arrived at about 11am and they were very strict about no check-in until 2pm, but they happily looked after my luggage while I went for a walk round the area. When I eventually checked in, they were polite and welcoming. I had a single room and it was very small, smaller than a budget hotel room in the UK. There was a desk but my chair was pressed up against the bed when sitting at it. The room though was clean and well kept. The hotel breakfast was good, a wide choice of western and eastern styles. The hotel does offer an in-room massage service, but this doesn't start till 7pm.I was already out for the evening each night by then, so never had chance to use it. I would probably have given it a go if it had been earlier. I was there attending a conference at the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition centre and it was very handy for that, just a short walk away. However, it was well away from the Tokyo night life and, with the train service ending around midnight, it meant you had to keep an eye on the time or risk an expensive taxi back. There is no night life in the area round the hotel.

This is one of the best choice if you are visiting tokyo big sight. Its just 5 min walk away from big sight. Attached picture can give you better idea. Hotel is clean and rooms are equipped with all necessary needs. Important thing is you will get bus from narita to this hotel every 20 min. Lot of restaurant and daily need shops in basement. Connected with both train station which will make life easier. Will strongly recommend.

The location is very convenient, short walking distance to the Tokyo Big Sight and train stations. The rooms are very small, a couple has difficulties getting around the room and the bathroom is even smaller than in a cruise ship cabin. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Strict check in time: 2 pm and check out time: 10 am. Do not insist, you won’t get early check in, the staff kindly offer to keep your luggage until 2 pm. Late check out is possible, with additional charges. The breakfast is buffet, average. The restaurant offers dinner buffet and a la carte, but in different venues, but connected. So, if you want to eat a la carte and your spouse wants the buffet, you will have to look for other restaurant! There are good restaurants in the second floor, offering different types of food.

This hotel was very convenient for us. Short walk to two different stations to get around. Room was one of the larger ones we had in Japan and very clean. Shuttle to Disney was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Adequate hotel comfortable and clean. Single rooms are small with little storage space, be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Breakfast good but a bit of a factory, 2nd floor restaurants limited and close early, eventually found Chinese restaurant on 20th floor, not a lot of local eating options however close to metro so can get into town. Hotel has no bar or at least one I or my colleagues found.

We were placed on the 10th Floor, which unfortunately must have previously been a smoking floor, as there was a really stale smell in each of the 3 rooms my colleagues and I were placed in. Other people were on other floors and didn't have this problem. I think that hotels should make sure that if someone requests a non-smoking room that they have redecorated formally smoking floors. I found my room to be adequate, it is very small, but I am 5"2 so I didn't have a problem, my colleague who is much taller than I am at 6"2 wasn't able to stand up in the bathroom. Otherwise the hotel was fine for the conference centre and had a number of good quality restaurants at the back of the hotel, although not really advertised.

I spent a week here during a large conference at the neighboring Big Sight. Very convenient hotel for the convention center - it's a 5 minute walk with a covered walkway (which was very useful in the massive downpours we had). Single rooms are small but come with all the amenities and the price was right. There are separate floors with ladies-only rooms. Internet access was OK, a bit flaky at times. Breakfast is excellent and costs 1300 yen (or prepaid vouchers) but beware of the queues in the morning on convention days. Lots of restaurants in the building and in the adjacent office buildings. Direct Airport Limousine bus to Narita and Haneda. A covered walkway connects the hotel to the Kokusai-tenjijo station on the Rinkai Line.

Great value hotel, right next to the Tokyo exhibition centre (Tokyo Big Site). It is really for bed and breakfast - there is no bar and no lounge, but it works well. My room was fairly small but reasonably equipped with coffee maker, fridge, air con, fast free wifi, and was clean and very comfortable. The only thing missing is wardrobe/ drawer space. Really just 4 coathangers and everything else had to remain the the suitcase. Fine for a solo business trip. Great breakfast buffet - cooked, japanese, fruit, bread etc. Right beside the train station (Rinkai line). I took the airport bus from Narita which drops off at the hotel and was easy. For shopping, try Venus Fort - walking distance or one stop on the high level train.
