Felt great to have an apartment right outside of Shinjuku. It was nice to come back to this home and pass out for the night. Would 10/10 recommend for a single person or couple.

Location 10/10 - Very close to the train station which made it easy to get home after a long day. Space 8/10 - The overall room and bathroom was quite small, which is expected in Japan. While it was big enough for our party of two, I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people staying here, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Air conditioning worked well and bed was comfortable. The restroom did have a sewer smell which was unpleasant, but we just kept the bathroom fan on and it was okay. Cleanliness 6/10 - While everything was fairly clean, the room was a bit dusty and the fridge smelt like spoiled milk when we arrived. Luckily there were cleaning supplies in the closet which we used to clean the spilt milk in the fridge.
