Enjoyed our stay. The room was very tiny but you figure out how to step over and around your belongings as it’s just a place to crash at night. It felt very clean! We paid for breakfast buffet one morning and it was a very nice spread of both Japanese and American food. The area is close to multiple subway stations and shopping/food.

Nice queen double bed. We were two with 3 luggages but still had some decent space. Depending which leg is going to be for you part of your trip I would recommend go for queen or king.

Terrible experience. Aircon not cooling room down after 2 hours inside room. Hotel provided clock / room temperature showing 23 degree. Upon checking with reception, they said set aircon dial to high which is just fan dial no temperature setting in room. If that doesn’t work, open window of room or can borrow fan. It’s terrible for aircon to not work when outside temperature during day is 33 humid and nights are 23.

Great location within walking distance of Ueno station (JR lines) and Inaricho (Tokyo subway). Able to leave bags before and after check in, these are stored in the lobby. Check in process was simple and quick, did have to pay a city tax on check in (either cash or card was accepted). Room and bathroom were clean and functional and good range of amenities provided.
