Older building compared to other APAs I have stayed in, but very clean and spacious. Probably more spacious than the newer orange APA buildings. My stay here was very short but the location is a bit of a walk to Sumiyoshi station.

Terrible condition hotel, I was embarrassed to have to make my family sleep there. Ripped wallpaper and bathroom like a portaloo at a music festival. Staff changed my room and the new one was rubbish as well, no apologies, just sternly replying like robots. Do not stay there, it is not a good experience.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good location if you really want to learn how to use to the Tokyo Subway system. Close to two Subway stations, as well as a bus stop. Also, I forgot my sandals when I left and the staff hung on to them, and I was able to retrieve them the next morning. Thank you!

Building is slightly dated, and there’s only one elevator. Staff is very nice and the room was decently sized. It was very nice and quiet and peaceful. It is a bit of a walk to the nearby train stations especially with luggage.
