Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Room was in perfect condition with excellent service, daily replacement of consumables and towels. The restaurant was good, breakfast and dinner served. If there was lunch, I didn’t try it as I was always out during lunch time. The restaurant staff was very friendly. Had a blast during dinner joking and trying to learn to speak japanese with the help of the staff and other people having dinner. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; although I felt pressured during the first day with constant messages to say my time of arrival and warnings about cancelation of booking if I did not make it by 24:00. I do not know messages were directly from the staff or someone else. Overall, recommended for accessibility to train stations, cleaning, excellent room, great staff specially at the restaurant. Oh, keep in mind this is a business area so there is not much to do around. Consider this a hub to rest and head out the next day.

Clean hotel like all APA hotels. Room layout is different where the bathroom door faces the bed which is efficient but not great if your partner is going number 2 if you know what I mean. Great hotel if you want to goto Disney though. 1 star less for having only 1 laundry machine operating during our stay (out of 2).

A compact and convenient property that I would definitely stay at again however I did have a small incident with the front desk and my luggage sending. The hotel recommends a different company to Yamato / Black Cat and was strongly pushing the use of this other service but as I had already sent bags to the airport via Yamato I didn’t want to have to go to different companies to pick my bags up at Narita, I wanted them all in once place. A male staff member through Google translate told me Yamato no longer offered this service which is was not true and another attempt to try to get me to use the other service (which is also dearer) so it wasn’t until I insisted that they agreed and assisted me with using Yamato.

Nice cozy and comfortable hoyel

Well maintained and comfortable place to stay. Although a little tight, the room was cozy and conveniently designed. The bathtub was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight. Friendly and professional staff, the restaurant staff are specifically courteous and considerate. The only thing I wish they had was multiple elevators, Overall, this hotel is on my list and will definitely return.
