AC was not working.. TV remote had to be reprogrammed. People at the front desk were great though. The next day at breakfast. No one greeted me. I sat down in a dirty table and was offered no coffee. Nothing. I got my bland food from the buffet table. Ate and left. It was like nobody from the restaurant noticed me.

The property is old and being remodeled. The room had no working heater. The heater/AC units are so old they don’t work. They only had extra blankets. This is not a 5 star hotel at the moment. Needs a lot of work. Also breakfast is fruit and eggs. Nothing else. You eat in a restaurant and have to pay extra for the Buffett. They should disclose this. Other hotels in the area give a Buffett for the same cost basically, give or take $10.

Woke up at 7am with super loud noise, drilling and hammering next to my room. Went to front office to complaint. Front office informed me that they should've been any construction on a sunday. But noise never stopped. I have a recording.

Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. From the people at the valet parking, restaurant, and reception desk rudeness and bullying behavior towards my self and other guest. I will no be returning to this hotel in the future.
Leftover salsa was given to me for my breakfast.

Upon arrival there was no running water and after that a second day without water I had to move to a different hotel. Manager refused to refund money just kept telling me that the water was going to be fixed soon

Upon arrival, we were told the hotel had no running water, so we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth until late evening. Then the Wi-Fi in our room didn’t work. Despite several complaints, nothing changed, and even after being moved to another room, the Wi-Fi was still unusable. The only solution offered was to work or study in the lobby, and after insisting, we were finally allowed to use the business area. The parking situation was also inconvenient, valet only, meaning you must wait every time you need your car and tip each time. The included breakfast was just eggs and coffee and not appetizing. Overall, the hotel no longer reflects its former quality and feels more like an overpriced roadside motel. However, the staff remained polite and tried their best to help, and the valet attendants were always prompt and friendly despite the lack of management on duty.

The property has a nice outdoor dining area, although the kitchen / restaurant staff didn't have professional customer experience. Reception and hotel manager were nice and friendly. The first room we had, the bathroom didn't have ventilation system and it somehow smelled, we ended up requesting another room which was comparatively better. But overall the hotel and room seem old and need fresh remodeling and plumbing renovations.
