The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid for breakfast, and ordered vegetarian only food. But they delivered food with meat in it, and started blaming me that I ordered food with meat. When we called the front desk and tried to solve the issue with an understanding that English isn't the area's local language. But the hotel insulted saying that I was lying. Eventually they had to check the voice recording and accept their fault and brought the replacement food 90mins later. I would never stay here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Favorite hotel in Tijuana

I absolutely love this hotel, the service the combinations very personable. I’ve been staying here for about seven years now. I would recommend this hotel to anyone safe clean good accommodations. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Tijuana.

Comfortable, relaxing spot in Tijuana

The Lucerna has been refurbished since my last stay 5 years ago and offers very comfortable accommodation with good food and facilities close to the center of Tijuana. I have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. The bar has a good vibe, the main restaurant is good, and it has a great Italian restaurant that also does outdoor lunches as an option. I have not tried the KTower so am unabel to comment on that but for us the main hotel offers more than enough a great stay in Tijuana
