Very great and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. No issues at all. Great nights sleep.

Amazing stay staff was amazing and hotel looks and feels like 5 star hotel.

I have always had good experiences here. But after this last stay I will never be back. Staff put me in a far back room with no view and extremely poor internet service. When asked to change rooms they said there was no possible way. So unfortunately very disappointed.

This was the 1st time I have been to Tijuana. It was a great experience the staff at the hotel was really nice and friendly. They were attentive to my needs the ordered a cab for me very friendly cab driver by the way... their restaurant is openened 24hrs.. I really loved this place.

One of the nicest hotels in Tijuana. Would definitely stay here again

Great service, very upscale. Love this hotel. Will stay there agai when I return.

In general ok, not enough parking, wi-fi did not work, NO printers for Boarding passes.

It's recently remodeled by far the nicest also truly handicapped. Honest employees I forgot my luggage with passport laptop iPad phone and they calked me to let me know they found it i had left it in the parking lot

The staff was friendly, and parking was a breeze. This hotel is located in the heart of Zona Hotelera...and it's super easy to get to Costco, Sams Club, and all other nearby attractions.

Stayed the night with some friends because we went to the Guadalupe Valley that day.

Was very well taken care of while I was recooperating from surgery- great beds, pillows, room service, food and very friendly staff- they speak great English too if you're from the US

I made reservation for two rooms because we attended a wedding there. Beautiful venue, hotel and rooms. First room was perfect remodeled and no complaints. 2nd room as soon as we turned on A/C it starterd raining in our room. We had towels all over, we didnt get a new room, maintenance came to "fix" nothing.Dissapointment. Other than that, it was all good.

I travel for work every week back in the States and regularly stay at either Starwood (Sheraton, Westin, W) and Marriott (JW, Marriott, Ritz) brand hotels to the tune of 150+ nights per week. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's amenities, they are on par with any full service hotel back home. The service in Mexico is one thing hotel and companies in general should learn from, you just don't matter as consumer in the USA any more, Lucerna had awesome service and were able to go out of the way to procure all I needed for a pleasant stay.

Returned to this hotel after 10 years and it's still the best place to stay in Tijuana. Been to all the major hotels in the city and they don't compare. It's recently gone through a renovation in the back rooms and it helped make the place stay current. Roomso are a little small but are in great condition. Can't wait to see the new tower with roof top pool next year.

The staff, food, amenities were fabulous. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel close to good restaurants, theater and shoping

From outside this Hotel doesn't look so great but inside really clean , friendly staff, I wish I could stay one More night .

wish the pool would of been warm enough to swim in as it was warm out and wish there would of been a little convenience store in the hotel to buy snacks and other items as crossing the streets was rather uncomfortable.
