Good place i will visit again.Unfortunately the patio and the pool was out of service so we couldn't experience that part, but What we like is that they have a ping-pong table and a mini basketball game witch we enjoyed, also the under ground restaurant, Food was delicious.

This Hotel on a great location for me, is near my family plus a little out of the downtown area and towards the road to Ensenada and Ruta de el Vino.... I have stay there several times and I have never been disappoint at all, I would highly recommend it to everyone...

Very disappointed because we wanted to spend some time in the garden area and the day was perfect to spend a little time in the jacuzzi and I think the correct thing would have been for them to tell you when booking that the common area where the pool and jacuzzi are are closed. They made us spend more, because we did want to enjoy the facilities and we couldn't. I don't think I'll come back, which is a shame because you can't stay in your room all day. Disappointed by Expedia or Hotel Santana for not notifying that the amenities were closed, we could have made a different decision.

Nos hospedamos el fin de semana, el personal como siempre fue muy atento. La unica sugerencia es que deberian de cambiar las toallas y aque de blancas ya se ven vieja y percudidas, casi cafe/gris.
