Very unfriendly person at the front desk at checking.. Very poor internet connection if any..!!
They gave me the wrong key for the wrong room and I ended up opening the door on a guy sleeping. They quickly gave me the correct key for my room and the room smelled like sewage. I definitely would not recommend anyone staying here.
Room was dirty and smelled bad and not sanitize. Very unprofessional staff and no breakfast in the morning..
I would definitely not stay at this hotel ever again. For the price they ask is way too high and it’s not all that. The lighting inside the building is very dim that only the receiving area has light and the rest is dark. The good thing is that the lightings to your room is well illuminated. Needless to say, when you first enter your room you don’t notice a bad mold/urine smell on til later in the night. The sink gets clogged up. When showering the water charges from hot to cold. So you have to make it quick. That will definitely wake you up. There is no way I would stay here again

NO treble w/check-in & out. Room sometimes had a toilet smell. For two people only had one towel. I had to ask & with smile cleaning crew provided one for me. Food was ok but they have to work w/City express in Insurgentes, their food is great.
I didn't like that i had to call for towels to be brought up. There was no wifi and when i asked about it i was told the internet was down for the whole city which wasn't true. This place needs some upgrades especially in plumbing.
This is the worst hotel. The front desk is terrible it took 45 them 45 min to check me in. The rooms are dirty I have pictures the sheets where stain. Smells terrible inside

i liked when parking there is a bar to let you in. The hotel very vlose to airport comfortable, next to starbucks/food choices. Full breakfast available with exception of cereal i had my kids and they wanted cereal and there wasn't any.
