the hotel room had cockroaches on the floor The door was broken into the room The safe did not work I asked for my money immediately they did not return my money I left I did not use a single night of this room from this bad service I was horrified
Safe. Close. And friendly staff. Hallways smell. But rooms were good
It was real close to avenida revolucion, but the elevator did not work and we had to take our luggage up to the 4th floor
So close to a disco that plays extremely loud music until 5:30 am that you will not be able to get any sleep!
Ok hotel in center of main tourist area. Would stay here again
Old facility but has an elevator, clean and air conditioned. Noise frim a nearby club goes until 3 am, ac helps drown if out. Wifi is off and on in the room, works in the lobby most of the time. Works if you are on a budget and only newd a place to sleep.
This motel should be avoided and also should lose its ability to sell online. First lets start with the disgusting room, its off Ave Revoluccion and YOU WILL hear music all night until 6am every night because this motel is surrounded by nightclubs. The A/C is a 30 year old unit and it is falling apart. When I complained, the "maintenance" checked it and said it works...it blows air but more like air a small fan would make. There is not air conditioning and it was HOT as HELL all day and all night. More complaints about the rude staff, I was talking to a friend and the "maintenance" staff member took the liberty to get in my face outside the hotel and yell at me saying to return a pen I borrowed for literally 30 seconds. This all happened even though the staff member knew I was a paying client. This is unacceptable customer service and this maintenance guy should be reprimanded and maybe fired. Based on my confrontation and the ac service request, I know this staff is very rude and has zero customer service skills and doesnt care about making their clients happy and feel safe. I didnt feel safe after the maintenance staff member got in my face and yelled at me to promptly return a PEN. Never again
