City Express Junior Tijuana Otay

The hotel rooms are small with little to no luxuries but they have what you need away from home. The A/C although it was very loud worked well the shower and bath as well. If all you need is a place to crash I recommend but if you want something nice and cozy look elsewhere.

Affordable, great location, staff was very good, I recommend for a family and friends

Is good for the price...no hot water during my days there!

ITS A CLEAN, NICE HOTEL AND VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT...

I LOVE THIS HOTEL, PEOPLE IS NICE, CAN'T COMPLAINT

Good hotel, good free breakfast and staff is ver y friendly well recommended. Thank you.

It was a good stay....wifi signal was a little weak but besides that a good stay

Very small but very good, you can't beat the price

This hotel has a great value for the breakfast in the morning. Just cereal, bread, and coffee Saturday morning. Normally during the week it's a full spread. The internet is decent. The staff is nice and speaks English. book a free shuttle to the airport when you get it. It's free or use a taxi. The last 2 times, there was zero hot water. I asked and never got it fixed. I took a less than luke warm shower at 6 am. It's the safest and most economic place near the TJ airport.

The hotel was in a very good location with very good restaurants within walking distance. The airport and border crossing are just 5 minutes away from this location. The rooms were clean albeit very small...guess that's where the “Junior“ in the name comes into play. Struggled a bit with the AC to get it to work but it finally cooked the room. If you can, ask to have a room facing the front parking lot. The back of the hotel is adjacent to the receiving dock of a grocery store, and deliveries/trash pickups are very noisy and start very early in the day. Wi-Fi was adequate if a tad slow. The staff at every City Express I've stayed at are always courteous and attentive. For the price I paid I didn't expect much, and I wasn't disappointed.

The hotel staff was great, rooms were clean, the breakfast was great as well (fresh papaya and watermelon, eggs, chilaquiles, beans, cereal, the complete package). A great hotel for the price. The only downside is that the rooms are a little small but they cant be beat for the price and all the enities they provide.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. Great location and you great price.

Althought i provided my confirmation code to the check in desk, it took 6 hours for them to give me a room to stay. They claimed that You did not provided them confirmation of my reservation. They asked for my credit card and now i am worry about the the safety of my credit card.

Everything was awesome except wifi. Location is good.

Clean, close to great restaurants. I just wished they has enclosed parking for customers.

The hotel rooms are small but clean. The staff is nice, specially the night shift which is nice. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes from the center of Tijuana. But good if you will be catching a flight as the hotel is about 7 minutes from the hotel.

We were coming from a warm weather and needed to catch a plane at 6:00 am the next morning, and it was very cold and rainy when we arrive, so we turned the heater on in the hotel to get comfortable. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfy. We ate dinner at the hotel's new restaurant. The chef made us Sincronizadas, Sopa de fideo, and The City Salad with a delicious dressing. Everything was very good. The dinner price was reasonable. The receptionist needs to be nicer and helpful.
