The staff at this hotel needs training in how to treat people. They are rude and just not good people. If you want to be treated like a dog then this is the place to be. There are hundreds of better options in Tijuana. Do not make a mistake and stay here.

Hmmm I’d think twice about staying here again

Floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also smeared “something” on bathroom walls that we asked be cleaned along with the floors which were not done. Our door didn’t lock when we closed it and could easily be opened without a room key. We asked to have it fixed and the following day had to ask that it be fixed again because it was never done. Staff was friendly and helpful but our concerns were never addressed.

I spent couple days in this hotel..it was amazing. Hotel interiors fantastic. Staff was helpful and kind. Room was comfortable and clean. I really recommend this hotel.
