We love a quiet holiday but this wasn't it. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and presents well. The rooms are certainly well kept and equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and walks to the beach close by. The local market is a short walk away on Thursdays. Unfortunately from 8.00pm until after midnight the noise levels increase exponentially. We had a room overlooking the main street and while nightclub singing is part and parcel of many Spanish holidays, the racket coming from the restaurant opposite was ridiculous. If anyone knows the way to Amarillo, would they please charter a flight and stick everybody on it who keeps singing about it. Then there is the noise from the hotel's own cabaret to contend with all at the same time. Earplugs are a must. Also the taxis are right outside the front door so lots of yelling there to top it all. Overall we would prefer Sunset Bay as a better option. Overall if you're a party animal who loves to party late at night and doesn't have kids or elderly to care about then this is the place for you.

My wife and I stopped here for 10days I must admit it was the best equipped holiday apartment I have ever stayed in everything that you could possibly need provided TV (english channels)toaster juicer dish washer iron /board kettle hair dryer ,even down to washing up sponge tea towel and pegs for the clothes line. The only slight complaint was the level of noise espesially between 2200hrs and 2400hrs as our room was located above entertainment area and reception if you get room 270 my advice would be ask for a change or dont retire until midnight.

As a DJ I come to Tenerife quite often for both work and leisure.. And the island holds a piece of both my wife and I in our hearts.. We have stayed at many resorts on the island, and enjoyed our stay here very much, is very close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.. in fact you could very easily not leave Fanabe, or a 2 mile area of this fabulous resort.. it’s clean, staff are very helpful, and is somewhere I would stay again, and highly recommend.

We thought the location is excellent with not much of a steep slow for the area. Very accessible if required. 5 mins from the beach which is great and surrounded by good bars and restaurants. A lovely location for a break with a good pool. We never had a problem with a bed and there are plenty in Jan. Bar is good especially at €1 a beer. We did self catering as the supermarket is nearly next door. Plenty of activities if you wanted to join in and the ladies are friendly running entertainment. We had a great break and would only say the WiFi should be free or cheaper, the gym should be free to all guests, pool tools should be free as part of the hotel accom fees and cleaning needs to be more often. Our bed linen wasn’t changed during our stay which wasn’t great. We did have quite a lot of ants even though we kept it clean but that is Tenerife. Overall a reasonable priced very friendly timeshare apartment complex and we enjoyed our stay.

My partner and I have just returned from a relaxing 5 night stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. The whole experience was very positive and would definitely return. Positives: - Hotel is situated in a central location, close to all the bars and restaurants of Costa Adeje. The beach is only a few minutes walk, supermarket next door and a taxi rank in front of the hotel. - Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The reception staff were knowledgable and helpful and the bar staff made the effort to get to know you. - Bar is excellent value for money. You can get breakfast for around 3 euros, a pint of local beer is only a Euro and there is a happy hour between 5-6pm. - Pool area is spotlessly clean and there is a jacuzzi at the side. There are plenty of sun beds and beach towels can be rented for 4 euros for the duration of your stay. - Rooms are very modern and had all the necessary amenities. All rooms have large balconies with table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. - Poolside activities throughout the day. - Surroundings and gardens were beautiful and well-kept. Negatives: - Wifi comes at a charge (and it wasn't cheap either). I was very surprised at this considering nowadays this is deemed as a "must have" in most hotels and considering that every other aspect of the hotel was to a very high standard. - The rooms were to an excellent standard, cleaning staff very friendly and did a thorough job, however, I was slightly surprised that our room was only serviced once in the 5 nights we were there. I understand that a full service every day or two days may be overkill, however, I believe it is necessary to get a new set of towels at least every second day. We paid £500 for 5 nights and I believe the standard of Royal Sunset Beach matches the price. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to all types of travellers, from solo to families and friends.

We are a returning family who have been coming here for many years. Can I just say that as always the welcome is exceptional, staff happy and smiling on arrival, quick to get us checked in and away to our room to start enjoying our holiday. Apartment was stunning with a wonderful view of the pool area. Food was served all through the day in the pool bar area, great selection of food options and beautifully good. The staff serving day or night were always wonderful and make you feel so at home. You couldnt want for more. Entertainment is great. Claire, Simona and Miriam are AMAZING at their jobs. Our girls were happy and smiling every single day and were never short of things to do. Foam party was great fun. Outside the resort there are a multitude of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops etc....Playa Fanabe really is a stunning little shopping area. Its busy enough but without all the hustle of Las Americas. Plus the beach is just a couple of minutes away. You wont be disappointed if you holiday at RSBC, Anne and the team do an outstanding job and we are looking forward to returning very soon.

A friendly resort with an excellent restaurant on site. A large heated outdoor pool and plenty of sun loungers. Only downside is that some of the balconies get no sun so apartments can be chilly in the winter months.

A lovely complex. Well laid out There is a pool bar serving meals and snacks. A restaurant on site and a bar with entertainment. A lot of people go year after year to this place. The reception area is very light and clean and staff are very friendly. We hadn’t been for 2 years and they remembered us. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is self catering and there is oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher etc and a well equipped kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which had 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with beds on But the inside pool view ones only have a table and chairs on. There are some one bedrooms called elites which had a roof terrace with sun beds on. Not all 2 bedrooms have 2 bathrooms There is an on site gym and there is a variety of events in the day time pool aqua fit etc. The only negative and it is the only negative is like all resorts some people are up early bagging beds and putting towels on and disappearing This has always been the case here especially at certain times. But I am led to believe the life guard removes the towels after an hour to give everyone a chance of grabbing a bed. As we sunbathed on our terrace it didn’t put me off going we have booked again for next year. For 10 days of an 8 week holiday

lots of silver chairs & finishing's, this lets call it a restaurant fro the sake of argument has the laurence llewelyn bowen finished look to it [ namely its an affront to the eye ] the food is less than average & can be purchased across the road much cheaper. if its a snack your looking for then its ok but as an evening meal then its a good job there are many other restaurants closer. maybe you might like it but I could not bear to be in there for more than a few minutes

Another great trip to the RSBC. Staff brilliant as always, and of course Claire and Simone. Jamie’s restaurant and pool bar have been brilliant, and he seems like a great guy as well. Standard of the apartment and cleanliness excellent as always!!
