what a fabulous place to stay faultless in a lovely location stayed for 4 nights the accomodation was superb. Entertainment on every night , jucuzzi and massage by the pool with plenty of activities throughout the day.

Nothing negative to say about this complex! The rooms are spotless and spacious, the pool area has a lovely feel to it, all the staff are pleasant and helpful and the restaurant is just the best! Location ideal for beach and bars - just can't wait to go back!!

We are a couple in our late twenties and we had a week long holiday in a studio apartment. The apartments are in a great location just a 2 min walk from the beach and close to the bars/restaurants but still quiet enough for a relaxing break. The pool is really nice with a jacuzzi and swim up bar. The pool bar was great, selling a pint for 1 euro and reasonably priced snacks too. There are lots of games and activities throughout the day and night for all ages to keep everyone entertained. The room was nice and modern but the ones on the first floor are quite small. The ones on the ground floor are slightly bigger as they are laid out a bit differently. They have everything you need including an iron and a hair dryer. The only issue I found with the rooms is that they only get cleaned every 3 days. Most hotels I've have visited have cleaners every day. The staff that manage the reception, bar and entertainment on a daily basis around the resort are great! They were all very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they couldn't have done enough for me. Dominique, Claire and Pedro were to name a few! The only thing I would say is that the team downstairs in the basement that manage the time share schemes were not of the same standard. We went to an meeting to find out what the time share was about (apparently 80% of the hotel guests are diamond resort time share members). It took about 3 hours but we were willing to invest our time as we got 50 euro vouchers for the water park and a free breakfast. After learning more about the time share it wasn't for us but we were signed out of the meeting by a woman who seemed really angry about the fact that we didn't want the time share following the 'no obligation' conversation. She was very unprofessional and unlike the feel of the other staff. However, we didn't let this shape our opinion of the whole resort. Overall we had a great stay and we will look to return again.

Visited this beach club for a week's last minute holiday. We were surprised and pleased at how lovely it was. We were in a studio apartment it was not spacious but it was very well appointed. There was everything needed to have a superb self catering holiday. That being said the restaurant within the complex serves a very varied menu at a reasonable price and the food was very good indeed. There is also a pool bar which serves snacks during the day. The reception area is also very well kept and very efficient. If we had a negative comment at all it was that the swimming pool was absolutely freezing and it might well be something that is worth thinking about for the complex even just to heat slightly. It was noticeable on the faces of all who were brave enough to enter.

We stay at RSB whenever we can and have just returned from a week in April and then another 4 nights in May. We always have a really good time. Everything about it makes for a relaxing, comforting and enjoyable holiday. The apartments are clean and have everything and more than you need and the beds are so comfy. The staff are really friendly and helpful. A big special mention to Ruth who runs reception, she is exceptional. The entertainment team are very professional but so funny. We don't often eat in the restaurant but did on one occasion this time and the food was really good and value for money. This resort is amazing and we can't wait to go back in September.

We stayed at the sunset beach for the first time and before departure we emailed to ask if it was possible to have a quiet room. We arrived to be given room 265 which is on the front of the hotel, opposite a music bar and directly above the main taxi rank, needless to say the noise at night was unbearable until midnight, and then it started again at 6.30am with the taxi rank. Rooms 264.265.266 upto 270 are ones to be avoided at all costs, as you also have the bin lorries at 2.00pm in the morning. The good points were pool area and the night entertainment, pool side bar and the reception and conceige staff, who did all they could but as the hotel was full could not move us. Isis Bly on reception was exceptional in her help along with Emma on conceige. Obviously the room situation this has soured our view on return to the sunset beach. Keith R.

Second year running we've stayed here and it's the ideal place. All the staff are helpful and friendly and so easy to get on with. This year we had an apartment with a roof terrace and BBQ which got plenty of use. Great food and reasonable priced restaurant and some good entertainment in the bar on a night time. My tip is to play bingo when Simona is doing it she's lovely and so funny

We stayed here in December but just been so busy, it was so beautiful and clean everywhere around the site. we were so impressed we will be going again for sure. there was entertainment every night in hotel bar, but also plenty going on in outside area aswell. The breakfast outside by the pool was very enjoyable we tried quite a few different things and all were good value. The pool area is very clean all the time staff were good we will be going back for sure.

Overall experience staying here was great! The location is perfect as it was so close to the beach and other amenities. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean and had everything you need in the kitchen area. There was even a few English channels on the tv. The only negatives were the cost to use wifi daily and the room we received was at the front of the building which during the night was very noisy from delivery/bin trucks. However the positives outweigh the negatives!

Stayed in room 131 (Ground floor 1 bed studio) & could not fault the apartment, the staff, the entertainment (the 1 euro pints of beer!) or the location. This was our first stay in this complex in Costa Adeje and it won't be our last! From check in to check out you are well looked after......say "Hi" to "Tony the Tiger" outdoor barman when you go :-)
