The room had multiple issues. The door would not lock, the tv nor refrigerator worked. When towels were requested, a text was sent atv11:49 pm that i could gobtobdesk and pick up. When asked for money back for my 2nd night, which I did not stay for, i was told to reach out to Expedia. They also did not help me. I will never use either again.

The lock on the main door was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, missing soap and other toiletries, sink slashed water all over, shower door made a terrible sound, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms.

The room was okay. The location is great. The front desk did not have many customer service skills, anytime we had contact with them. Don’t stay in the room to relax during the day at anytime. I have never heard a noisier cleaning staff. It’s a nice hotel, maybe just new so people are learning!

There was a funky smell in the room and realized in the morning that the trash from previous guest was not disposed and food was sitting in the trash. No extra toilet paper to replace empty one. Went to front desk to buy ibuprofen and there was none.
