At check-in, we were told we would receive complimentary breakfasts for being IHG members, which was a great start. However, we later noticed the breakfasts were actually charged to our bill. The food and service were good, but that was disappointing to discover.
The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived, but our stay became frustrating after that. We booked a room that sleeps four, with one king bed and a sofa bed. The pull-out had sheets but no pillows or blankets. After waiting an hour and going to the front desk, we were told the hotel didn’t have enough pillows for the sofa beds and were offered extra comforters to roll up and use instead. I was very surprised that a hotel would expect guests to sleep without pillows.
The sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable, and hallway noise easily carried into the room. We’ll be visiting this area often, but unfortunately, we won’t be choosing this hotel again.
