I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many Hampton Inns around the country. This location was the worst stay I have ever had and I would never return to this hotel even if the room was free.

I was I'm Tampa for a work-related conference so just needed a clean, comfortable place to crash at night. The Hampton more than filled the bill, with a large, comfortable room, good quality Wi-Fi, and a nice breakfast. Tea and coffee were available around the clock in the lobby, which is always a nice touch. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fair, needs a larger room to accommodate people who eat breakfast. On the floor under my bed was a gauze tape and a wrap from previous people who stayed. Housekeeper should check under the beds to be sure nothing is left from other people. Everything else in the room was good.

We checked the room , but water shouted down . We can' use the bathroom, so we moved the another hotel in the evening.

My one nite stay was not very good. The swimming pool was covered in leaves, so could not go in. My room had a noisy toilet-it kept running after using it, the carpet was soaking wet-it was shampooed the day before I arrives, and the bathroom sink had insects in it. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Great ample breakfast. Hotel room very comfortable and nicely updated. Poor WiFi throughout the hotel would be our only complaint. Otherwise, a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would go back again.

This hotel has a great location to the airport, nice local restaurants and shopping. The front office staff and housekeeping are great It is dated however, and the sink smelled like cotton eggs. When we asked the maintenance worker to clean , they insisted it is done weekly. It was never taken care of. They could have at least poured bleach down the drain

HOTEL WAS A LITTLE DATED BUT CLEAN & WELL STAFFED. LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Convenient location with several entrances. Clean rooms and excellent value. Nothing fancy but definitely clean and good service.

We liked the hotel, clean and the customer service very good. the only negative thing we did not like was the parking issue. we came in the hotel around 10 pm and we did not find parking. Over all was good. I will come back.

Very good hotel. I stayed in tampa just for one night layover. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Will stay here again

customer service was quick to respond to every question that I had in every complaint that I had. my next door neighbors were extremely too loud. customer service was quick to give me another room and accommodate my needs. they also have shuttle buses that will take you anywhere you need to go. staff were very friendly. breakfast was awesome.

The stay was very good and the Hotel was very clean. The staff was fast and friendly.

The location is wedged between two nice areas of town, so it's very close to a lot of restaurants and both malls. However, it didn't feel like the safest area at night. The hotel itself was of great quality. The room's interior had a unique design with a wall of hardwood, which was used for the desk and closet. The staff was excellent, as was breakfast.

This hotel did everything I wanted. When my flight landed at midnight and my rental car wasn't ready, I called the hotel and they sent their shuttle over right away to pick me up, and had me checked in and the key to the room waiting for when I got the hotel. The staff was nice, helping however they could. And the breakfast they have was delicious. Overall, the hotel was just what I was looking for.

The Hampton Inn Westshore worked out great for my golfing buddies and I. The location was 5 minutes from the airport, but you couldn't tell because you never heard a plane takeoff or land. The breakfast came in handy since we never had to look for coffee or something to eat first thing in the am. We have been using the Hampton Inn to stay in State College PA when we go out to see our son in Penn State, and the results are always great!

Nice atmosphere and great customer service! I went on a business trip and I am staying again on my next trip next week.

...those are the two main deterrents for this particular hotel. My room was exceptionally small--the smallest I have ever experienced in my travels. This is probably due to the fact that they only had handicapped rooms available. My bed was tiny, low, and uncomfortable. Plus, unlike my friends next door, I had no microwave or fridge. That was very inconvenient. The room was nicely appointed, but then the carpet made my feet dirty in seconds. Finally, the parking situation was pretty awful. The hotel was obviously booked. When we returned to the hotel, there were no parking spaces left. We ended up parking on the curb out front. The night receptionist was extremely pleasant and greatly made up for the unwelcoming one from earlier in the day. Overall, not bad, but definitely not the best Hampton Inn experience.

The staff at this hotel was fantastic, they made my stay an enjoyable time.

This hotel was great and the room was beautiful. I did find a small lego by the bed though. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and kind. I also really enjoy that they have to-go bags for breakfast. Very helpful when needing to leave for an early flight.
