Very nice and tidy room, lovely and warm. Very nice hotel and facilities, Staff was ever so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an hour in the spa in the evening after a long day walking around. Great location for visiting town and the surroundings.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was also very easy ( thank you Samantha ), the food in the restaurant was extremally good and recommended, the rooms was very well maintained and clean and very close to the xmas market and other attractions.
