Far from 5 Stars – Stay Away

I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but it was nothing of the sort. My stay was completely ruined by loud, inconsiderate neighbors, and despite contacting the staff multiple times, absolutely nothing was done. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, the lack of action was shocking. A 5-star property should ensure peace, comfort, and professionalism, but instead I was left with sleepless nights and a sense that guests’ concerns simply don’t matter. When management can’t handle something as basic as providing a quiet environment for rest, the “five stars” mean nothing. If you value proper service, respect, and a restful stay, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is all show and no substance.

Very modern upscale Hotel. Five minute walk to Old Tallinn ( Vana Tallin) Viru gate. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Shopping center nearby and food court. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest. Overall, an excellent experience with great service, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Radisson Collection Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel made a lovely gesture by offering us a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco, which we truly appreciated. There were a couple of issues during our stay, though. Our room cards didn’t provide access to the spa or breakfast, even though it was included in our package, so we had to spend extra time at reception to resolve it. Also, I had ordered an extra item for our room, but the wrong item was delivered. When we reviewed the invoice, it didn’t match what I had originally ordered. The hotel acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund, which we accepted. Overall, the staff were courteous and responsive, and the birthday surprise added a special touch to our stay. With some improvements in coordination and attention to detail, it could have been an excellent experience.
