Hotel was under renovation so wasn’t much options but was only there for a night before airport. I chose the cheapest room and it was very nice , spacious and clean for what I was expected. Reception person was very helpful as I only spoke English. Location is right near the mall and park. I was very satisfied with my stay there. Tv was at s weird angle though. Where you have to stand against the door to watch properly. Food was nice as well
It was really nice visit, sleep very well, just staying over night, easy to come in harbour. I have dog with me and there was big park really near, easy to with dog. Good beds to sleep, very silence room.
I was looking for some hotel in Tallin to go with 9 year old daughter minga, she did pool questso, I booked through booking.com where they reported that the pool worked all year round. Arriving there I checked the check and payment, asked where the pool was and reported that it was closed. I questioned that I would not stay because I went there by the pool and could give me back some of the money. the receptionist was ignorant and said they would have to log on their site and see why she had to notice. After that she was ignorant all the time and another colleague tried to answer me to help me and she interfering and being thick. I left for the Parkinn by Radinsson hotel where we were very well attended. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel was in renovation so the spa wasn't available but this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. Room was ok, kinda small, nice breakfast, I was there for 3 nights and there were different selections each morning.
Continues to suffer from housekeeping, already wrote that code for the new year rested 6 days in Tallinn cleaning itself was not, this time, surpassed himself in check as he was with his son asked for twin beds, and horror of horrors when we parted, and they were when the settlement shifted, saw a lot of interesting things, nuts, hair a cloud of dust and a miracle of packaging.... well, thank God most were not.
We were 5 persons, 3 adults, two children. The reason for choosing this hotel was the promise of a great spa. Thus the disappointment was great when arriving as the SPA was closed. When we booked the rooms through AMOMA.com, this was not clearly indicated. Yes, we could visit the SPA of the hotel next door at a special price (1,20e reduction per person!). As our visit took place at Easter, the rooms were quite expensive. Rooms were OK but employees were not particularly helpful. In the lobby ther was a shoe polishing machine. Thje brushes were completely finished so my wife spoiled here shoe when using it. No apology from the hotel staff, e.g. at free drink as a small compensation would have cheered us up!
It was a pleasure to stay there. The room was big and clean, the beds were comfy, moreover, we had a very beautiful view. Breakfasts were good. The spa zone didn't work, but we had known about that beforehand. I certainly recommend this hotel for short staying.
Nice room with a big double bed, tasty breakfast, delicious pancakes, friendly staff and location just 5 minutes to the old town and the modern center. i strongly recommend this Hotel to everyone travelling to Tallinn.
Clean, quiet, excellent location. Friendly and efficient staff. I spent three nights at the Kalev Spa. Excellent service and also breakfast. The room are very clean and quite. The hotel is very near to the center. I am satisfied with my choice and definitely stay there again. I advise it.
I spend there 4 days and everything came up to my expectations - the room, the breakfast, the staff, the location. I am satisfied with my choice and definitely stay there again. Pity that I couldn't use the SPA, as it had been renovated. The next time for sure!
