This is a second time when I'm staying at this hotel and I'm fully satisfied with the service and rooms. Although pools are still under construction, hotel itself is good value for money and very good location, close to old town.

I stayed in the room 211, next to my room was located VIP Sauna. So, till the 1 am I herd the scream and load music. I even called to the reception, but it didn't really helped. About the cleaning service I can say that it could be better. I found several dark hairs on my towels. But in general room was pretty clean. Breakfast in the morning could be better, it has a lots of fried and not healthy food. In general you can find better hotels for the same price. Next time I will stay in another hotel.

Everything went well and facilities and service was as expected. Dinner that was included in our package was also very good! Location is excellent for visiting the old town and other city center, since everything is within walking distance.

The hotels is located in an excellent location to visit the old town, the maritime museum or to get tram to other destinarions (airport, bus stations, new town...). Comfortable and clean room; helpful staff.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we think we made a good choice when we decided to book it. Although under reconstruction, the rooms are very quiet and cosy, so no complaints about that. The service was impeccable too. Congratulations to the staff and the management.

Around the hotel is very noisy due to reconstructions. Great location near the old center of the town. Average breakfast. The restaurant capacity is small compared to the capacity of the property. Spa services not available .

The spa was under renovation so we cannot include it in our review. However, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town and about 10-15 minutes walk from the ferry terminals. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much--there was a good selection of hot and cold options, everything from kefir, muesli, bread, cheeses, lettuce/tomato, scrambled eggs, something warm that was similar to cheesecake.... the fresh fruit could have been better, but overall it had a lot to offer. The only problem of note was a little noise. On the first floor we could hear people walking by outside (though it's a quiet side street at the back) and the air circulation vent was audible.

Hotel was under renovation so wasn’t much options but was only there for a night before airport. I chose the cheapest room and it was very nice , spacious and clean for what I was expected. Reception person was very helpful as I only spoke English. Location is right near the mall and park. I was very satisfied with my stay there. Tv was at s weird angle though. Where you have to stand against the door to watch properly. Food was nice as well

It was really nice visit, sleep very well, just staying over night, easy to come in harbour. I have dog with me and there was big park really near, easy to with dog. Good beds to sleep, very silence room.

I was looking for some hotel in Tallin to go with 9 year old daughter minga, she did pool questso, I booked through booking.com where they reported that the pool worked all year round. Arriving there I checked the check and payment, asked where the pool was and reported that it was closed. I questioned that I would not stay because I went there by the pool and could give me back some of the money. the receptionist was ignorant and said they would have to log on their site and see why she had to notice. After that she was ignorant all the time and another colleague tried to answer me to help me and she interfering and being thick. I left for the Parkinn by Radinsson hotel where we were very well attended. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
