No trouble looking for a room elsewhere. Excellent location, Hilton quality on every aspect of hotel. Airport in 10 minutes distance, city center and old city in walking distance. The perfect hotel in the perfect city
This hotel looks brand new. The staff was amazingly helpful. Because I'm a Hilton Diamond member, they upgraded me to an incredible suite. They also whisked me up to the Executive Lounge for check-in. The staff person there was super helpful and even made a great dinner recommendation in the Old-City--and took care of making a reservation for me. The room was very well appointed and super comfortable. I seriously thought about extending my stay in Tallinn--just to have more time to enjoy the comfort of this awesome hotel!
Hot strawberry mint tea served in a golden cup is just one sweet example how you will be treated while staying in Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel.... Sincere gratitude goes to the most attentive and caring concierge PIERRE who showed true meaning of human connection. He literally was reading the wishes from our eyes and was happily greeting whenever we came or left from hotel! During our dinner we were greeted by truly intelligent and warm MANUEL , who was attentive and truly knowledgeable and most certainly friendly and acted like a true gentleman. It was so sweet to hear his story and hear that he truly loves to live in Tallinn and feels privileged to work in Hilton Tallinn! To me, breakfast is the most precious and important meal time. On the morning of the 7th Nov 2017 we were so sweetly welcomed and cared by JELENA, she was truly attentive, made us excellent coffee and showed tender loving care and hospitality:) Experiences are the only things that make us richer, all the rest is just information!
Perfect service, breakfest, SPA area. Staff - very polite and good. I recomended this hotel for other. Casino on first floor- good attraction for all evening. Quiet rooms, clean, BIG bed - really big. :)
The hotel is new and conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, city bus terminal, inter-city bus terminal, and Tallinn's Old Town. As a Gold HHonors member, I was invited for a private check-in at the Executive Lounge, which is not only beautiful, but whose evening appetizers were delicious. My 10th floor room was modern, spacious, and had floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of Tallinn. The hotel's pool is long enough for swimming laps, and its saunas (dry and wet) are well kept. But what made my experience truly exceptional was the staff. Though I am a frequent traveller, I have rarely experienced such uniformly superior service throughout the hotel. Pietro, the concierge, was particularly helpful in so many ways. He is also apparently world renowned, as repeat guests warmly greeted him every time I saw him. (I suppose I would do so too now!) Indeed, from the moment I checked in, I was made to feel at home, whether it was Ivo (a porter), the young lady who checked me in at the Executive Lounge, Vladislav who helped me book an inter-city trip, or Merilin and Laura-Mai at the Able Butcher (the hotel restaurant).
Booked the base level double room for a great rate of approx. €85/night for a two night weekend stay (it's worth keeping an eye on rates as they change from time to time with sales etc - I had originally booked a refundable rate significantly more than this) Upgraded to a King Room on the executive floor (11) which showed up on the App a couple of days before arrival. View of the old town from the room was fantastic. The executive lounge was good for evening food/snacks and drinks. I found the restaurant on floor 2 much better for breakfast with a far greater selection. Between the excellent breakfast and the executive lounge I didn't have to spend a penny on food or drink all weekend...! From the airport, the hotel is very easily accessible using public transport for €2 each way or €1 for a student. The closest bus/tram stop is "Keskturg" which is 2 minutes walk away. Tram number 4 or bus number 2 (and possibly other busses) go to the airport. It's also only a 40 minute walk - definitely worth considering if you don't have much luggage. If you want to go for a run, the seaside promenade going north along Pirita Tee past the Maarjamae Memorial is close to the hotel, and nice.
I stayed for a weekend stay recently and loved this hotel. As a regular guest of Hiltons, this one really stood out. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a small suite, which was absolutely beautiful - understatedly elegant and very spacious. The exec lounge was very well stocked, with spirits and a decent food selection during happy hour. The service in the hotel was second to none, and it was clear that the hotel is very well managed. The lounge hosts were especially welcoming, drawing me a map of all the cool cafes, bars and restaurants in Tallinn worth visiting after a long day at work! The hotel is not bang in the city centre, but transport is cheap, and it's well located between the city and the airport. Looking forward to another visit later this month. Absolutely no complaints at all. Thanks for the hospitality!
Nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Tallinn Park, which offers food, accommodation, conference facilities, leisure & casino entertainment all at the highest levels. A modern interior throughout, the hotel has large & comfortable rooms, with very good on-suite bathroom facilities. The 2nd floor restaurant offers an excellent choice for breakfast & lunch buffets, and the conference facilities & supporting food & beverage services were first-class. The hotel is a short 15-20 minute walk from the old town centre, and the in-house Olympic Casino offers guests a wide variety of promotions & hospitality if you return from dinner seeking a night-cap! Thoroughly good experience & I highly recommend the Tallinn Park to business & leisure visitors to the city.
We stayed on a weekend at Hilton Tallinn Park hotel and we loved it, this time our plan for this little get away was to enjoy a good hotel and make the most out of our time so We could enjoy the property and its facilities. It was clearly worth every hour we spent there. The spa section was sparkling clean and had a great steam room and sauna; (remember to bring swimming suit, men’s swimming suit are 48€ per piece, if planing to buy it at the spot). Customer Service from the front desk to the restaurant and executive lounge was excellent, waiters were very keen to fulfill our requests at all times and had a smile and very warm approach to guests, great great job guys !. We had the executive corner room which was super spacious and elegantly decorated, by also executive lounge access, we had views to the park right by the main entrance. we loved it too. (Would have been nice to get some small complimentary snacks-drinks in the room though ). Good advice: if you’re thinking to upgrade to executive lounge benefits or take a room with access to it, go for it!, food, drinks as well as refreshments are great !. Definitely coming back !
Once again, we had a great stay at the Hilton Tallinn Park. This is truly an excellent hotel and I don’t have much to complain. One of our favorites globally. Checking in was quick and easy and the front office manager or supervisor who welcomed us was very friendly and kind like all staff members here except in breakfast. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, we again received a room upgrade to of their suites including an access to the beautiful executive lounge on the 11th floor. All this was very much appreciated. Spa was so nice. However, on our last day there they made some loud drilling and other renovation work in sauna. Couldn’t they do that before or after opening the spa? Also, a welcome gift was disappointing this time, too: just a few breadstick. Last time we got a cheese platter and Vana Tallinn liqueur. After our two-night stay we were relaxed and ready head back to reality and working life with full of energy. We will be back for sure.
