Stayed at the hotel one night with friends in the end of April. Very nice modern hotel with nice pool area and good standart spa services. We stayed in the deluxe rooms which were clean and modern. Will return and recommend especially for spa weekend get aways.
We had a short stop over in Tallinn on one of my travels and opted the new Hilton Tallinn Park as my choice of hotel. This hotel opened last year. Then entering the reception area you will notice right away that this is a very modern and stylish hotel. The receptionist was nice and friendly and checked us in quickly. We had booked a standard room which was more than sufficiently large enough for the two of us. We only stayed approx. 6 hours at this hotel, as we had an early morning flight out of Tallinn airport the next morning. When checking out the staff at the reception ensured that our pre-booked taxi would arrive on time – they even escorted us outside the hotel entrance. This will definitely be my hotel of choice on my next visit to Tallinn. I will most likely book one of their executive rooms since this hotel also has an executive lounge. Tip: if arriving late to Tallinn airport you should consider arranging transportation with the hotel. We arrived around midnight and had to queue for approx. 15 minutes for a taxi.
Hilton Tallinn Park is now my second favourite hotel so far! This is one of those luxurious hotels where everything just works and you feel welcome from the moment you step in the lobby without feeling like the staff is looking down on you. We had been travelling by car for a week so this hotel was a perfect last relaxing waypoint before our ferry trip back to Finland. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel by car since police had blocked the street on front of the hotel and we had to drive around a couple of times to find the entrance to parking hall. Our room with twin beds and a view to the city was spacious, quiet and perfectly clean. The beds were just perfectly firm to our liking with quality bedding. All the materials in the room were clearly selected with thought and were good quality. Since we were tired and had visited Tallinn city for several times we spent our whole stay inside the hotel walls. We ordered a club sandwich and a veggie burger from the room service but the food itself was a bit of a disappointment. Portions were of good size but the dishes were a little dry and quite bland. We had our own drinks in the room but using the ice machine in the hall was a little difficult since could not find any ice bowls in our room or near the machine. Hotel pool area was very nice with an inside pool, a jacuzzi and plenty of sun beds but no separate pool for children. Our 4 year old son can't swim yet and the pool was too deep for him so we needed to have one parent holding him above the water. Also the Finnish sauna was sadly out of order during our stay. The breakfast was excellent. It's always nice when there is a possibility to order your morning eggs done the way you like. The restaurant where the breakfast was served seemed very nice and hopefully we'll be able to visit there some other time. Despite the little problems we very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We will definitely return here on some other occasion.
This is the only Hilton hotel in the Baltics, and Tallinn should be proud. The rooms are modern and great, breakfast is superb, pool and spa areas are wonderful. We have also used the fitness room which was functional. The location is not very central, but it is an easy 12 minutes walk to the old town. Hotel staff is really accommodating. The only improvement i would suggest is adding some extra TV channels :)
Hotel was standard Hilton. Nice rooms friendly staff good restaurant. They are doing almost everything they can for you to feel good City - lovely. Cozy, old and new being together in good harmony, lots of places to visit. Avoid the touristic restaurants since they are over rated and most expensive comparing with local ones.
Highest praise in every respect for this impeccable Hilton! Luxurious, very large and comfortable room with quality art, TV with many channels, and large floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view of old and new Tallinn. The bathroom alone was bigger than some hotel rooms! Beautiful restaurant, and very generous breakfast selection. Sorry to have to leave!
This is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Everything with this visit was excellent! The staff was extremely helpful in all matters, private check in (as Diamond member) with a welcome drink. I think other hotels have much to learn from this one.
We stayed in a king deluxe suite at the new Tallinn Hilton. The room was great, very spacious, modern and with a separate bedroom, which is great when travelling with a baby who goes to bed early. The views from the room were pretty great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ended up using the Executive lounge for check in as our room wasn't ready when we arrived in the afternoon. It's a pleasant enough space to spend some time and to have a snack. It's worth checking out the spa too, we visited with the baby (bring your own swim diaper). Overall, a really nice high-quality Hilton not too far from the old town and city centre. Would book again.
Good, clean, well located. friendly service and easy stay. A bit to expensive drinks at the bar but overall good value for money. I had no possibility ro visit welness due time available and spa but they were kooking very nice.
During our short visit to Tallinn, we spent the night at the Hilton and could not have asked for a better stay – we were impressed by the modern design, comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, excellent Executive Lounge, filling breakfast, and well-designed swimming pool and sauna. As Hilton Gold members, we could not have asked for better treatment, receiving both an upgrade to the executive floor and lounge, as well as full breakfast in their 2nd floor restaurant. Located outside of the historic old town, the Hilton Tallinn Park is approximately a 10 minute walk to the old town and about a 20 minute walk to the Ferry Terminal. There is a small park directly outside which offers a peaceful place to relax and a good collection of restaurants can be found within a 5 minute walk. Public buses can be found directly across from the entrance. Arriving prior to check-in, our room wasn't yet available but the check-in staff proactively offered to hold our bags while we went out to the old town to explore. By the time we returned, our room was available and we were quickly checked in and on our way. Our top floor Executive King overlooked the old town/harbor and was well equipped with a large TV, comfortable work desk and chair, capsule-style coffee maker, large bathroom with both a rain shower and bath tub, and most importantly, a comfortable bed. A small welcome amenity of sparkling water, craft beer, and dried fish was also left for us. We stopped by the executive lounge during their evening cocktail hour (from 6 to 8pm) and enjoyed complimentary wines, beer, and finger foods. Service during their cocktail hour was friendly and we were delighted that they were able to accommodate a request for sparkling wine. A later visit the next day offered a peaceful environment to catch up on the news and enjoy light refreshments. The Hilton also features an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a large sauna and steam room. We found the facilities to the be on-par with those found in high-end hotels in Asia and definitely enjoyed taking advantage of them. Had we had more time, we would have considered taking a treatment at their spa. Breakfast was served both in the executive lounge and main restaurant. As Hilton Gold members we were invited to enjoy the more substantial buffet in the restaurant and could not have been more pleased: a good selection of fruit, pastry, fish/cold cuts/cheese, eggs, and juices were available, as well as some salads and made-to-order omelettes. Freshly squeezed juices were also available as well as barista-made coffees. While many of us normally associate Hiltons as just being average (especially in the US), the Hilton Tallinn Park really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We look forward to the day we can visit Tallinn again and will definitely return.
