We thought to spend a little luxury weekend as a couple away from our daily routines. That's the reason to book a king one bedroom suite from a premium hotel, or how we think we did. Everything went totally wrong from the beginning to a final end. Suite with executive lounge services = No opportunity to a private check-in, no complimentary beverages in room, no executive lounge access in keycards, no coffee or juice served in breakfast (we were not only ones). At least a few apologies, but the experience was ruined already. I cannot understand that a premium hotel "service" is throughout staying this unbelievable bad, so I cannot recommend this for anyone. If you want enjoy your stay, there is only 5 star hotel in Tallinn, in a next door.

I love this hotel. From the friendly, helpful check-in to check-out, the staff were all wonderful. The room was superb, very modern and comfortable, executive lounge very comfortable and nicely furnished. I could nit-pick and say that the executive lounge food wasn't the best I've had but hey, it's a small niggle. Prices for alcohol at the bar were horrendously expensive but that seems to be the norm in hotels these days. I would definitely return if in Tallinn again.

We were at this hotel through a British Airways City break and it did not disappoint. Friendly helpful people at check-in and at the concierge desk. The decor around the hotel is excellent and the entrance lobby is breath taking. Our room was spacious and had charging points for USB and UK plugs as well as standard Euro sockets. The glass sided bathroom & shower were a surprise and a pleasure to use. Our room's glass wall had views across the Police Garden Park and onto the Old Town and onto Toompea. It is a 10 minute walk (or so) to the Viru Gates so the hotel is very handy for the Old Town and Toompea. On the way you pass parks as well as a shopping mall We would suggest having some menus for the Able Butcher in the rooms(?) or in the lobby as we ate out every night and probably missed out on a good meal in the hotel.

Well after being very nervous with the weather rest assured the staff are great! From welcome, restaurant, executive lounge all the staff are amazing. I cannot recommend the service in this place enough. The steak restaurant is to die for not the cheapest but you will love the food and service! I will return?!!

We decided to have a lunch with my friends in the Able Butcher restaurant. It was my first time and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was very delicious and everyone were so nice and I felt very welcome from the minute I stepped in the restaurant. Specially I would like to mention Tene- she was extremely friendly and gave us quick and good service! Her positive energy made our lunch experience excellent! We also looked around little bit in the hotel and I must say that it looks amazing. I will definitely recommend. Thank you Hilton Tallinn Park hotel!

This is a beautiful new hotel, the interior is really well done, from the huge open lobby to the hallways and the rooms themselves. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. As a Diamond member I was upgraded from a standard room to a 1 bedroom suite, a great corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a huge bathroom with separate rainfall shower and bath. Breakfast was very good in a large room with good views of the city. The Executive lounge was the same high quality as the rest of the hotel, a good selection of drinks, though could benefit from slightly more food options in the evening. Location is good, 10 minutes (€5 Uber) to the airport, a 10/15 minute walk to the Old Town. Definitely one of the best Hilton properties I’ve stayed in within Europe.

Hilton is a very nice, modern building with big and well equipped room and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good however a 10-15 min walking from the old town and downtown. Food and service in the restaurant were great with excellent white wine. My only problem was the glass door and glass wall of the bathroom. The bathtub and sink area is totally transparent by the glass wall. On request they cover it with dark foil but unfortunately the glass bathroom door is still there with a big gap between the door and door frame. If you switch on the light during the night the entire bedroom is lighting up and this is very inconvenient for the other person in the room.

The Hilton was fantastic from the minute we arrived, the staff couldn't do enough for you and very attentive to our needs. Our room was very luxurious and had a great view of the city, old town and port which were all within walking distance. A great value weekend and would highly recommend both the Hotel and the City

It’s very rare that I stay in a hotel and can not find one single bad thing about it. This was one exception. Everything simply perfect from start to finish. Friendly, attentive staff, beautifully furnished and comfortable rooms, delicious food at breakfast and dinner, all come together to make this hotel unforgettable. Stayed 3 nights and ate twice at the Able Butcher restaurant. To be recognised by staff and told ‘welcome back’ on the second occasion was just one of the small touches that really make a difference. Paid €10 Euro per night to upgrade to a larger room at the front of the hotel with stunning views over the city and port. Well worth it. Hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk from the old gown and a 15 minute tram ride from the airport so ideally located. Would definitely come again and recommend to others visiting Tallinn.

The quite new Hilton at Police Park is located close to the Airport and close to Town(but not in it). It is very close to the CBD area, though. It's Tallinn, so most can be done walking anyway. The rooms(here corner Suite) are spacious and the working zone has all you need(enough power plugs and the WiFi worked fine(we are in Estonia!). I could not watch TV from the desk(flat screen could not be turned). I had the Exec Lounge booked and it is nice in terms of size, places , view over the town and drinks, breakfast and food offered. That was all fine. Not so good was, that there was a group of people who obviously ran applications in the Lounge(interviews) plus Skype calls to HQ. That does not belong in a Lounge and should have been stopped, but it wasn't. The staff there was very nice otherwise, but they did not dare to block the beforementioned behaviour. One other little issue(like in other Hotels): Check out was at 12 , which is fine. The room card was blocked exactly at 12 so I could not check out at the Lounge, as I could not operate the elevator to flloors, where rooms are(as is the case with the 11th fl, where the Lounge is). Not a big deal, but these sharp cut offs of room cards are a hassle for grown up travelers. There is a casino in the same building. I looked and registered, but did not play. Not a single Black Jack table in operation on a Sunday night ! So the core Hotel operation is good, with few minor glitches. The Restaurant in the Hotel (Able Butcher) is fantastic, see separate commentary.
