meet the staff at the reception absolutely not culturally behaves. The girl herself bad enough talking in English and said he did not know the Russian language. It's not even that she doesn't know him, just the fact that does. The hotel is not arranged and in the sense that you are not aware that the Spa area will be closed for maintenance, and this is assuming that people are going away for the weekend, this fact is very disappointing
